We have been to rain forest cafe N F many times .Just went this sat with our grandkids and the experience was not the same .Less movement of all the animals and the rain storm did not come on .quite disappointed.
Absolutely brutal service by manager and hostess - ruined what should have been an amazing evening.
Ruined a 12year kids surprise birthday even with lots of warning to be prepared.

I’m completely dissatisfied with my experience at the Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Falls. While the interior is undeniably impressive, the food and service were terrible. We paid $207 for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was nowhere near worth it. The steak was rubber-like, and everything else we ordered was equally tasteless. On top of that, the service was awful – slow and inattentive.
