“5 of us went, had a good time. Of course it's very hard to get your moneys worth in food but regardless of that it was a good time. The refills on drinks are free which is great. I kinda wish the selection of food bigger. But i believe the food changes weekly. The service was very good, the only reason I'm bothering to post a review.“

“I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.“

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! Thank you JEN you made our experience at Turtle Jack GREAT!“

“We go to Niagra every March for an EMS Hockey Tournament. These past 2 years we have found ourselves at Taps and it was great both years. Jill is awesome and looked after us both years. “I have been to Inchins twice in the St. Catharines location and I just love it. The place is nice and clean, friendly staff to talk about the different types of spicy curry there is, music just relaxing to hear. Had two different Chicken Curries and loved them in my two visits. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the sauce for eating the curry. Refreshing beverages to have you can’t go wrong. Would love to try the spiciest Curry at the Niagara Falls location one day. For me I rate 10 out of 10. 😃 👍🏻“

We were greeted with exceptionally fast service as we got seated at our table swiftly after we entered. We got settled and our lovely server M.J met us with a smile! As someone with celiac, it's hard to find a place that understands my dietary restrictions, but M.J made sure that everything that was ordered was safe for me to eat. She kept checking in on us during our entire meal and the food came very fast! Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, M.J still made time to consistently offer us the best service with a smile and lots of care! “I brought friends here on Dec 27th for dinner. Both are preety picky about where they eat, and I had assured them they would like it here. Very happy that I was not left disappointed. We had a wondeful dinner with them enjoying the turkey dinner and adding yorkshire puddings to their dinners( not sure, but they are infactuated with YP) I had the trio with shephards pie, chicken pot pie and steak and ale. It was great. They are still talking about this restaurant, so we will be back on the next trip to the falls. Thanks so much.“

“Came as a family of 4. There was something for everyone. Service was great, food was delicious, and there was a live band playing downstairs (Friday night) which was nice. We sat upstairs so we could still talk to one another and there were TVs playing all the major sports games which our son really appreciated. “My husband and I started a tour business and our very first tour was to the Stevensville Garden Gallery, Betty’s for dinner followed by the Winter Festival of Lights. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from Betty’s but firstly, I have to say that while planning our tour, Joe was extraordinary. He was so patient and understanding whenever changes arose and when our reservation ended up being smaller than we had originally thought it would be, he was extremely kind and compassionate. When we arrived at Betty’s Restaurant with our tour group, my husband and I were even more impressed by Joe and his team. We had brought our toddler along on our tour and as our group was being escorted to our table to be seated, our daughter who was absolutely obsessed with Peter Rabbit at the time was saying that she’s hungry and with her big imagination, she was actually pretending to be Peter Rabbit. Having overheard our daughter, a plate of baby carrots was brought to the table for our toddler before our group could even finish placing our order for drinks with our server. Our group was not even seated for more than a few minutes when the carrots arrived, and my husband and I were so touched by the thoughtfulness that was shown to our little girl. It goes without saying that the food and the service was incredible and we could not have asked for a better place to bring a tour group. We all had a great time and Betty’s Restaurant was definitely the highlight of our first bus tour. Joe and his team went above and beyond for us; from the moment we started planning the tour to the moment our group left the restaurant, we received exceptional service. Our server Nitsa was attentive to our needs and checked with the kitchen when my niece (who is a vegetarian) asked to make sure the chowder was made without bacon or chicken broth. We appreciate that Nitsa made the effort to ensure my niece enjoyed her meal. I was a little surprised that the menu that we were given did not match the menu posted on the website. I was looking forward to the ravioli, but it wasn’t listed. And it was probably my error, but I didn’t understand that if I wanted vegetables, I had to order an additional side. My meal of just chicken and potatoes seemed a little lacking, but the meal was very good.“

“Honestly some of the most flavourful dishes ive had in a restaurant. The Pho 🍲 is perfect. The xyclo rice dish was awesome. The porkchop dish was fire. I left one happy fat guy. The brown sauce on the rable goes great with nearly every dish. Very friendly staff. The wait for the food wasnt horrible either. Very courteous. My daughter loved her food aswell. Galettes (gluten free!) sweet crepes and delicious desserts along with an impressive wine list make this little bistro one of the best hidden gems in Niagara. You should go!“

“Was at the Falls Casino for a show and went to the Golden Lotus for dinner and drinks. It was delicious and the service was spot on and extremely enjoyable. They have a tremendous menu so they pick a few favourites and do a small selection and have a simple menu to choose from, which I highly appreciated! Portions are good and the view is spectacular! A must visit when in Niagara Falls.“

“First time coming to this restaurant, I have been to other Indian restaurants. I was very pleased with the food, staff, and the fact that they had Cheetah beer was a bonus. Uma our waitress was very pleasant as was the lady serving us our food. The food was delicious and lots of it for a good price. We had desert. First time and both of them were lovely. We were full and took some home for lunch. Excellent experience and will come again.“

“We found this restaurant when we were looking for Mediterranean options in the area. We were glad that there was a buffet available. It was not too crowded for an early Friday dinner when we reached but it started getting busier gradually. The best thing was that they served a lot of items that were made to order but those were included in the buffet. The buffet spread was just right… not over the top, nor too lean. Overall, a good find for a reasonable price. Hospitality was great!“

The restaurant is an old house from 1850s guys! Think about dining back in time. Sooo cool! If you love history you’ll love eating here!
Food was outstanding and there are also yummy vegan choices.
The lady of the house is beautiful in every way, great host, all veggies are from her garden and she knows to cook!
I read a review here complaining about seeing her feeding the cats outside on her front porch.

“Would give 5 stars if they had acknowledged my wife's birthday (noted during the reservation), if they weren't out the burrata app and the chicken parm didn't need salt (no salt shaker on table). Beef Short Rib special was delish and the non complimentary (again no mention of a birthday) creme brule was fantastic.“
