“5 of us went, had a good time. Of course it's very hard to get your moneys worth in food but regardless of that it was a good time. The refills on drinks are free which is great. I kinda wish the selection of food bigger. But i believe the food changes weekly. The service was very good, the only reason I'm bothering to post a review.“

“A real hidden gem we found tonight. Wonderful people, wonderful ambience and wonderful food. We arrived later and sat at the bar. After looking over the menu we spoke to the bar staff and one of the partners Dan. After asking if the chef could be a little flexible and make a spicy tomato vegetable pasta. The chef did not disappoint. What he brought out for us was Stella! We also had the spinach focaccia which was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are in Niagara. “We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! “I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.“

“This is a very nice place, the staff here are very attentive and come quickly after pressing the red button- or that was because the place was pretty empty.

And then to the food, their appetizers really are light and easy to have before the real meal- which in my case was the BBQ. I do recommend bringing a good cook though since you are to cook the meat on your own.

Even the decoration and interior matched what it is supposed to be, overall 10/10 rating! I'll definitely love to come back here for vacation 🙂‍↕“

Keep in mind, you were getting homemade fresh dishes, so expect to wait a little and be patient for the quality. For those looking for snappy, fast, parboiled, premade, crap, then go to East side Mario's. We've read a lot of the complaining over Google reviews, but we also heard about the standards in which this restaurant operates. I can tell you firsthand, don't let people‘s personal feelings interfere with the quality dish that you're going to experience here. The bill can be as high as you'd like it to be, but don't expect a cheap walk if you're not looking for cheap food. My white and I came here on a date night, put money aside for the most fantastic Italian dinner we've ever had, and it was well worth the $275 plus a well earned $50 tip. If you're feeling classy, this is definitely the place to come. My wife and I will be doing date night here again.“

“I have been to Inchins twice in the St. Catharines location and I just love it. The place is nice and clean, friendly staff to talk about the different types of spicy curry there is, music just relaxing to hear. Had two different Chicken Curries and loved them in my two visits. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the sauce for eating the curry. Refreshing beverages to have you can’t go wrong. Would love to try the spiciest Curry at the Niagara Falls location one day. For me I rate 10 out of 10. 😃 👍🏻“

“Went to Taps this evening with friends. Wife and I had a busy few days with renovations and just didn't feel like cooking tonight. Taps didn't disappoint. They have a very good selection of food choices, the food is always good, and the service is excellent. Though they have a good selection of beverages, I really enjoy their craft beer. We've been to Taps several times this summer, and we will definitely continue going for the food, the prices and the very friendly, courteous, and attentive service. Well done Taps. “I brought friends here on Dec 27th for dinner. Both are preety picky about where they eat, and I had assured them they would like it here. Very happy that I was not left disappointed. We had a wondeful dinner with them enjoying the turkey dinner and adding yorkshire puddings to their dinners( not sure, but they are infactuated with YP) I had the trio with shephards pie, chicken pot pie and steak and ale. It was great. They are still talking about this restaurant, so we will be back on the next trip to the falls. Thanks so much.“

“My husband and I started a tour business and our very first tour was to the Stevensville Garden Gallery, Betty’s for dinner followed by the Winter Festival of Lights. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from Betty’s but firstly, I have to say that while planning our tour, Joe was extraordinary. He was so patient and understanding whenever changes arose and when our reservation ended up being smaller than we had originally thought it would be, he was extremely kind and compassionate. When we arrived at Betty’s Restaurant with our tour group, my husband and I were even more impressed by Joe and his team. We had brought our toddler along on our tour and as our group was being escorted to our table to be seated, our daughter who was absolutely obsessed with Peter Rabbit at the time was saying that she’s hungry and with her big imagination, she was actually pretending to be Peter Rabbit. Having overheard our daughter, a plate of baby carrots was brought to the table for our toddler before our group could even finish placing our order for drinks with our server. Our group was not even seated for more than a few minutes when the carrots arrived, and my husband and I were so touched by the thoughtfulness that was shown to our little girl. It goes without saying that the food and the service was incredible and we could not have asked for a better place to bring a tour group. We all had a great time and Betty’s Restaurant was definitely the highlight of our first bus tour. Joe and his team went above and beyond for us; from the moment we started planning the tour to the moment our group left the restaurant, we received exceptional service. “Absolutely gorgeous boeuf bourguignon is back on the winter menu and it is a must have! The House made sauce was beautifully done and the beef so tender! Galettes (gluten free!) sweet crepes and delicious desserts along with an impressive wine list make this little bistro one of the best hidden gems in Niagara. You should go!“

“We love this venue and have seen countless shows here. Last night went to see Classic Albums Live do Dark Side of the Moon. Upon entering we were disturbed to see our tickets, which were obtained through our Ticketmaster account, had already been used for entry! After a lot of hard work and total professionalism by your ticket booth customer service staff and more-so the woman manager on duty (who was next level good at her job) they learned that our purchased tickets had been comp’d to someone by the casino! After nearly an hour at the ticket booth and missing a portion of the show they finally gave us some seats! They were quite disturbed that they had to deal with the fact that purchased tickets had been comp’d out and although inconvenienced we were impressed by their level of professionalism and courtesy. Bottom line is someone dropped the ball and you should ensure your customers don’t have to experience negative situations such as this. Maybe you can provide an answer as to why this happened?“

“First time coming to this restaurant, I have been to other Indian restaurants. I was very pleased with the food, staff, and the fact that they had Cheetah beer was a bonus. Uma our waitress was very pleasant as was the lady serving us our food. The food was delicious and lots of it for a good price. We had desert. First time and both of them were lovely. We were full and took some home for lunch. Excellent experience and will come again.“

From the soup, potatoes, butternut squash soup, chicken soulvaki was juicy and the dessert options were good. The owner came around to all the tables to ensure customers were happy with the service. The restaurant is an old house from 1850s guys! Think about dining back in time. Sooo cool! If you love history you’ll love eating here!
Food was outstanding and there are also yummy vegan choices.
The lady of the house is beautiful in every way, great host, all veggies are from her garden and she knows to cook!
I read a review here complaining about seeing her feeding the cats outside on her front porch.
