As always, the food quality is awesome. We enjoyed the oyster pot the most. The staff there are very polite and helpful. Golden Lotus is my first choice restaurant in Fallsview Casino Resort.
The person that welcomed us and seated us was very friendly! The server was not! We asked about a dish that was accommodated before , and she rudely said n, not possible! We then went on to ask the manager and he readily said he will check with the chef , which we expected from the server! Our request was granted! That's service! The server did not get tipped! She never even came by after we got our meal to ask how we are doing!
Overall it's a nice place to have dinner. The only thing is their manual can't be modified. We want our egg plant to be cooked with pork instead of beef as two of our family members don't eat beef but the server said it's fixed by the chef and can't be changed 😞
