“5 of us went, had a good time. Of course it's very hard to get your moneys worth in food but regardless of that it was a good time. The refills on drinks are free which is great. I kinda wish the selection of food bigger. But i believe the food changes weekly. The service was very good, the only reason I'm bothering to post a review.“

“We experienced lucky dragon for the first time today. It was upon a recommendation of a local car salesperson.
WOW! What a fantastic experience. We ordered a combo meal….And planned on sharing between two of us. It was such a large portion that we had plenty to spare.
The food was fresh, piping hot, and very flavourful. Their chicken balls and general tsao chicken were unmatched!!

“We were looking for decent, affordable food outside of the main Niagara Falls tourist area. A local couple recommended Phong's Court to us and it exceeded our expectations. Excellent food, very reasonable pricing, pleasant neighborhood, very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We thought we would have some leftovers to take with us but the food was so good, we devoured everything.“

“Tried this restaurant for the first time. Food was excellent and jam packed into the containers making for lots of extras. The Pad Thai was superb - if you are new to curry you may find the taste a bit strong, but the combo of the curry, underlying rice vinegar to balance out the smokiness was on point for a good curry dish. We had the beef curry, plenty of meat which was tender. Also ordered chicken fried rice, a cut above other restaurants with more varied veggies and lots of chicken. “We love this venue and have seen countless shows here. Last night went to see Classic Albums Live do Dark Side of the Moon. Upon entering we were disturbed to see our tickets, which were obtained through our Ticketmaster account, had already been used for entry! After a lot of hard work and total professionalism by your ticket booth customer service staff and more-so the woman manager on duty (who was next level good at her job) they learned that our purchased tickets had been comp’d to someone by the casino! After nearly an hour at the ticket booth and missing a portion of the show they finally gave us some seats! They were quite disturbed that they had to deal with the fact that purchased tickets had been comp’d out and although inconvenienced we were impressed by their level of professionalism and courtesy. Bottom line is someone dropped the ball and you should ensure your customers don’t have to experience negative situations such as this. Maybe you can provide an answer as to why this happened?“

“Me and my friend were visiting the falls and stopped here for some food. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. They weren’t available for dine in when we arrived. However we mulled it over and decided to go for the lunch specials since they seemed to be a good deal. The beef and broccoli and chicken ball combos were delicious. “New York Restaurant was one of the highlights of our one week vacation in Niagara Falls! We were looking for delicious Asian food at a reasonable price in the middle of the busy tourist district, and this place exceeded our expectations. It became our go to restaurant throughout our stay.

The food was consistently fresh and flavorful. The chicken dishes were tender and delicious, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the fried rice was packed with flavor, and the soup was simply the best we’ve had. Every meal was satisfying, and the generous portions made it an excellent value.

The location is perfect; just a short walk from Clifton Hill and the major attractions, making it an ideal place to stop for lunch or dinner after exploring Niagara Falls. There are plenty of tables, so it’s comfortable even for families and larger groups.

What impressed us just as much as the food was the outstanding customer service. The ladies at the front were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, handling every customer with professionalism and a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home every time we visited.
