“Because of it's good reviews, I walked in this restaurant and placed a takeout order. The woman that seems to run the place is friendly, helpful, and honest. She stays busy, and the regular customers know her by name. The food tasted good, and the portion size was good too. Even though I was a takeout customer, I feel like I can recommend Ren's to dine-in and takeout customers.“

“Tonight was a special night. I took someone to see Niagara Falls and we stumbled upon this restaurant. Our server Abby had greeted us with such positive energy and kindness and set our table. She and her colleague went out of their way to give us a falls view window. We ordered Peking duck and the 2 course meal was absolutely delicious. 5 star for food, service made us feel great and the atmosphere was amazing with the view. Will come back for sure.“

Food was bit spicy for kids(just request for less spice ) we ordered haka Indian style noodles, chilly paneer with gravy and momosCrockery was also in decent shape (which is mostly missing in restaurants)Service was amazing (all helpers were so cheerful and taking our requests so gently though it was very busy place)One thing could have been better was cleanliness around the tables (though I don’t count the place to be at fault I consider this as customer responsibility too) Over all very good experience . “Nice place to come with family for Chinese food. Hospitality was good and food tasted great. The quantity is huge so order accordingly. The chicken corn soup was awesome. Shrimp batter fry was yummy as an appetiser. Loved the Chicken Fried Rice.“
