“Small take out restaurant with a couple of tables to dine in. Delicious food and good service. I ordered 2 cans of soda and 3 lunch specials that came with a choice of a drink or an egg roll. We all chose the egg rolls. Went to pay and their cash register system switched the order and charged me separately for the egg rolls (which are more $ than the drinks), so the cashier made it right by offering me a refund for the difference, or 2 extra sodas. I took the sodas. That's good business. We will definitely go back.“
“We came over to Fort Erie to shop for a few things we cannot find at our US grocery store so we decided to drop in for an early dinner at Happy Jacks. I love Chinese food and my husband has been telling me Fort Erie is a great place for Chinese restaurants. We were mulling over the Dinner for 2 selections when Alvin stopped at our table to help us decide. He kindly agreed to substitute one of the dishes listed and told us we couldn't go wrong. The food was absolutely delicious and I am happy that we had some leftovers to enjoy at home tonight. The only minor issue was my husband wanted the Hot and Sour soup instead of Won Ton, and when he mentioned it to our server she had no issue making that change for him. On our way out we met Jack Jr. who wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was! Prices were very reasonable and all of the food was good. I am hoping we can make the trip over to Fort Erie to eat here more often.“
“We had such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious. We got the garlic naan, Butter Chicken, Thai Soup, Wonton and Lamb biryani. We were also treated to rice pudding at the end of our meal, which was outstanding. we left with lots of leftovers and full stomachs! the staff was so kind and professional and service was great. highly recommend ! Best Food for Indian and Bangladeshi food.“

“I was having a hard time when i walked into the store hoping for some pizza, but little did i know, this was an asian restaurant that in fact did NOT sell pizza. i was showing an expression of disappointment, but i never needed the pizza. i just needed the dumplings that were hand fed to me on a platter of gold. i was dang to and fanned with olive branches while i was given a massage on my shoulders and feet simultaneously. after the massage and food, they saw my baby and asked if he was yet baptized. i responded no so the chef went to walmart and got a baby pool and then baptized my baby followed by me, my entire family, everyone eating in the restaurant and the entire staff. I was given a beautiful goodbye that made me feel like i was at disney world. it was truly such and enlightening and blissful moment i am so happy to have experienced with my family. the noodles were also great. this was honestly one of the best restaurant with the kindest staff“
“We have been ordering regularly from Golden Dragon ever since the new owners took over.The service is friendly and amazingly quick.Food is always tasty, fresh and hot.I am greeted in a friendly manner by name on the phone, and when I stop by to pick up my order.The kitchen is clean and always busy...two good signs.Pay no attention to mean spirited and ignorant reviewers.This is a great neighborhood addition.I gave it 3 stars for atmosphere as this is mainly a takeout place, though there are a few tables.Steve K“

“Don't be fooled by the tiny little restaurant Chan Wok, tucked into the Tops plaza off North French. This place has the best Chinese/fusion food in Erie or Niagara County. I ordered through postmates and always get hot, sumptuous foods. The soup is cleaner and fresher than Pho, all the entrees are good enough for left overs and savory, spicy, favorites and sides. The bag is never wet, the food is hot to the touch, and really reasonably priced. I think delivery is the best way to go as the little restaurant isn't very large. I have had some baad delivery here but Chan Wok off North French is consistently fresh, hot, and a great value for a large group too.“
“A hidden gem! Usually it is slow inside and kind of dark but the food is delicious. The cashew chicken is amazing. Their sweet and sour sauce is a little thick and will die your fingers (as learned from my 2 year old! lol). The ladies are super helpful and nice whenever we go. We usually order take out but occasionally sit in and are never disappointed either way!“
“Called my order in and was told 20 minutes. Got there and food was ready. And it was fantastic! Everything hot. Ordered the boneless spare ribs with shrimp fried rice. Came with an egg roll which was crispy and delicious! This is my go to Chinese place. Also you get so much food it's two meals for me. Just as good the next day heated up!“
“Good crab meat rangoons; they are in the triangle shape which I prefer.Sweet and sour sauce is different from what I'm used to, it's more orange than red in color, but tasty.They also have great moo shu chicken. Moo shu can sometimes be hard to find as it's not so common, and this place even has the real wrappers (thin crepe type), as opposed to tortilla shells a lot of places use.Next time I will try to see if they can go a bit light on the sauce, because I feel it could be healthy-ish since its has a lot of cabbage and veg in it.Looking forward to coming back and trying some more things.Parking is very limited and tricky in front, but there's more located along the side.I like that they ask you if you need packets of sauce instead of just giving them to you by default. I love getting spicy mustard but the soy sauce packets already in my fridge don't need any more company.Credit cards are accepted.“
“My friend treated me to dinner here on 02/17/24. All of the food I ate was satisfyingly good! ? I overate! ?I do not have 1 complaint about this fine buffet style restaurant. The owner is always polite, busy cleaning and refreshing drinks and catering to her wonderful, loyal customers. I'm pleased with their service. Overall, I give them 5 stars. It is worth every penny! I returned less than 2 weeks later, but they are closed 1 day a week on Mondays. We all need a day off to ourselves, right? Thank you for letting me rate your business!!Matt K.“

However, I wish you didn't have to pay an extra $2/per order for a more authentic (egg, green onion, and bean sprouts) rice. It would be worth it if it was a decent amount of egg and onions.Parking: Nice size parking lot, but it needs repaving.“

“Food was actually some of the better Chinese food that I’ve had in Buffalo. I got chicken lo mein, fried chicken rice, orange chicken, and vegetable spring rolls and everything was very good. Orange chicken were large chicken chunks. Lo mein very good and the fried chicken rice was very good was yellow rice and really liked it. Service was great and right to the point. Atmosphere was horrible but this is mostly a takeout place so it’s not supposed to be the most fine decor.“
“I gave them a five star because I've been going here since I was little and the food is always up to par. The family is cool I'm getting to know the kids too watch them grow cooking my food. I wish they did have tofu here they don't so if they read this think about that. The Chinese spot on Delaware and main Street where Canisius is they tofu is out of this world and since you're close to home I want you to be just like that if not better. my family and everybody family is love this place and they know me by name so they get a five just for saying hi Mrs. Claudia what you need today. “They are good on most times I get my food from Panda. They are not cheap with the size of the dishes and they are always smiling. I cant say there aren't things they can do better, but they way they are now is enough for me to say that I am a regular.“
“Love the food and atmosphere and the service is great. I understand food prices have gone up and realize restaurants have raise prices but we found a significant price jump since last summer. That being said, we will return because we do enjoy the food and atmosphere.“
