“I’ve been to a lot of Italian pizza restaurants in Ontario, and the pizza here is some of the best. It’s an unsuspecting small place, but Lorenzo knows what he is doing.
The dough is soft, airy in the crust and very digestible with a thin yet tasteful centre. It is top notch. I got the buffalina, and despite the simplicity it is amazing, and was wood fired extreme quickly, even for Neapolitan.
The dough is a 9.7/10 and same as the pizza. If you want an authentic, expertly made pizza from a talented chef, go here. The pizzas are beautiful yet simple.“

“They double cook the pizza like the old Dorchester location and its amazing! Also they got real bacon strips. 24 extra cheese, pepperoni, bacon strips and 4lbs of wings medium saucy is the bomb! *New Thorold Stone location across from Circle K*. They are always consistant and their pizza is the best in the region.“

“Was at zappis on Saturday September 6th with my husband and son. My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

“Delicious food…!!! Served Hot, exactly as ordered. Only reason for giving 4 stars is coz the girl in front desk did not allow my 12 year old kid to use the washroom. I understand it’s a staff washroom but it’s for a 12 year old kid who needed to use washroom urgently. I would have allowed if it was me.“

A post is circulating all over North America at this point out the fact you baked a rubber glove into a pizza and when the customer called, you refused to deal with it and correct the problem and instead told them to never call again! “We have only ordered from Frank's twice as we heard rave reviews. Both times the pizza was delicious as was the garlic cheese bread. We can't say enough anout it. This is our place to go for pizza and plan to try their other menu items.“

I ordered it on line ( only complaint is the darn app on line is tricky to get to work sometimes it has glitches, takes a few tries for it to work , but I finally got it to work. I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready because the guy at counter told me they didn’t have the Philly cheese steak top I wanted , so he asked me to pick another topping so I did , then he made the pizza. I had to wait about 17 minutes for it to be ready, paid for it took it home , my fiance said it was delicious. He did say bacon was a bit too well done for him but it was still a great pizza . Love when you have such great deals on items .“
