Felix sets the tone for everything. He welcomes every guest with a genuine smile, visits each table personally, and makes you feel like family. His passion is infectious and felt in every detail.
Now to the food: homemade, fresh, and made with carefully sourced ingredients. Everything was exceptional, but thr coffee and desserts were the highlight. I was convinced I had no room left, until Felix said they had something I'd love: the Cannoli. Quite simply the best I've ever had. My husband's homemade Tiramisu was equally unforgettable. Do not skip dessert here.

“Had a fabulous dinner last night with my husband. He had the pollo parmigiana, I opted for the gnocchi. We shared the il pane and skipped appetizers for the dessert. Tiramisu. “Was at zappis on Saturday September 6th with my husband and son. My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

We were grouped together (miracle!) and they were really efficient, moving us through in 1.5-2 hours with good food and good service.
