“Hello all you disappointed pizza lovers. I have been a loyal Volcanoes customer for 25+ yrs. If you are seeking that awesome tasting pizza from Volcanoes you were used to. Order weekdays after 4.00pm and Sundays all day. That is the time when Jerry the main owner is overseeing the restaurant. The other minority owner Chris, has turned into a miserable piece of s*** that will not make your pizza with thick crust and has really started skimping on all toppings, thats if he even puts the right toppings you ordered. He,s gotten ignorant as f#ck over the years and seems to be taking his miserableness out on customers. Needs to put a diaper on and retire. So in conclusion, try ordering during the hours I mentioned and you will be pleasantly surprised with your pizza tasting just as good as it did years ago. “Last Monday, we had placed an order, around 8 pm. Not long after, we found ourselves with two flat tires .. waiting for a tow truck. We let Boston Pizza know we'd be late. It wound up being two hours before the tow truck arrived! A cab took us to Boston Pizza, at now after 11! They had closed the kitchen. “Was at zappis on Saturday September 6th with my husband and son. My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

“Stopped in at the restaurant a few times as I was in town staying at the hotel, and overall had a good time! Food was great every time, loved the French dip and all the breakfast items.

The real downfall is it seems they are under staffed. Each time I went, their was either one or two servers, who got everything I needed and did fine, just took a lot longer than I was anticipating as the restaurant was near empty each time I went in. I understand it is slow season, but it just felt like they were missing half the time. Some nights it was on point, but overall I felt like they were overworked with not enough staff.

If you aren’t in a rush and want some good food at good prices, you should make a stop. Just be prepared to wait!“
