“Had a Phenomenal dinner and time at Sinatra's. Went there for our 32nd wedding anniversary. My Bride was ecstatic with everything from the drinks through desert. And if she's happy, I'm happy! On another note this was our first time there. I went over to another table where a couple was waiting for the rest of their party. When I inquired what they have had previously their response was "there isn't anything on the menu that we would not like". I believe that would be 100% true after we experienced the quality with just a few dishes... The beverages were excellent too.“

“Due to Covid restrictions Jovi's hadn't been opened for awhile. Went on a Friday night. The restaurant was at 50% capacity and every table was full. They have changed their menu, which I found very interesting. I ordered the special of shrimp and lemon ricotta pasta with tomatoes and red peppers $23. I asked for it to be served without tomatoes. When the server brought my food which seemed to take awhile, she said "oh, I forgot no tomatoes." There weren't any red peppers but a boat load of tomatoes. I didn't want to wait for my food while the other guests were eating so as to why I didn't send it back. The 4 pieces of shrimp still had the tails on which I thought was odd in a pasta dish, but the pasta was very good. It seems that Jovi's is working out some issues after being closed due to the covid restrictions. I'll probably give them another chance, hope they're able to get their flow going again.“

“My husband and I went on a date night to Jay’s and the food was incredible! We enjoyed every single bite of the pizza and salad. Unfortunately, we did not leave room for dessert and will have to come back for the tiramisu (we heard that was also amazing). I’m still thinking about the incredible pizza! To note, there is not a ton of tables to eat in the restaurant. We came at a great time and were able to be seated right away. They do takeout as well.“

“A MUST visit! This place have one of the BEST pizzas I have ever tried.
I asked for a Hawaiian pizza and was served to perfect, amazing cheese quality and sauce, perfect amount of ham and pineapple. The dough was very well cooked with the crispy around! Simply delicious!
But the One who has the final medal is the owner/chef. He was such a friendly and charismatic vibe, very respectful and servicial, he gave us tons of recommendations of what to do or where to go for Niagara Falls visit . “The food was amazing. Started with the bread (kinda hate having to pay for bread but I get it! And this was good stuff) and shrimp scampi. Followed by two pastas. The food itself was absolutely delicious, light but flavorful and balanced. The short rib ragu was top notch.

One caveat, don't plan on a quick meal. This two course night took almost two hours but was worth it.

“I relocated to Buffalo about a year ago and this place has become one of my favorite for sure. Portions are great, flavor is really good and prices are decent plus service is always great as well. Definitely worth going and also taking food to go or frozen meal (taste just the same as the real thing served on the spot).“

“Authentic Italian cuisine in a quiet setting. The staff and management were welcoming and helpful. The Pollo Milanese was delicious and mouth-watering. The Fetticini Bolognese was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was first-rate. There is also a fine selection of wines. It's definitely a recommended restaurant if you're looking for a pleasurable dining experience.

Parking: It's not a large lot, but it is a small venue, so parking is sufficient.“

“I’ve been to this little gem in the city several times and each time I was extremely pleased with the food and service. I’ve gone with different people as I felt I just had to introduce them to the Blue Cave. Everyone was amazed at the quality of the food! I have also recommended this restaurant to other friends and they have loved it! I am a huge cheese lover and you can just taste the freshness of the cheeses used. The service was efficient and friendly and I was not lacking for a thing. I enjoyed taking in the view of the downtown area while savoring my delicious wine and meal. I was also pleased to meet the chef and his charming wife who seem to work so hard to make this place a unique dining experience. I would without a doubt highly recommend the Blue Cave! I’m looking forward to my next visit!“

“We recently had our twins college graduation party at Caio Caio and were extremely satisfied with the whole process from scheduling and planning (Gina) to the party itself. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. Nick and his crew were on top of their game!! Everyone had a great time and we received numerous comments on how great everything was, especially the focaccia sandwiches and mini cannolis. We live down the street and will definitely be back soon.

“What a great restaurant!! The food was phenomenal! I had my birthday dinner at Bella Ciao and I was very impressed. The Lobster Mafalde was loaded with lobster and so delicious. The Rice Balls were out of this world. The Peanut Butter pie was the best I ever had. Also, Casey, the Manager was so accommodating and personable. She just couldn't do enough for us. I just can't wait to go back!! (I am still thinking about the Three Cheese Garlic Bread) The BEST!“

“I have been to each incarnation of this space since Yiannis in the 1980s - Angeline holds its own! Lively (if crowded) bar, beautiful decor and excellent service. Oysters were fresh, cold…delicious. Gem salad terrific. Swordfish alla Putanesca nicely cooked, delicious sauce but…..scrub the clams better. I was so excited to see them, but there were tiny pieces of shell in the sauce. No one wants to pick their teeth at the table. Scrub-a-dub-dub!

The portion sizes are generous, the food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. The interior is charming and inviting. While they don’t currently serve alcohol, it was refreshing to dine in a place where the focus is solely on the food. We’ll definitely be returning to try the Groupon Special and exploring more of their menu. “We were visiting the Niagara falls area and stopped in to pick up an all meat pizza and let me tell you it was one of the best pizzas we ever had. We are so picked up a Greek salad that was fabulous and huge enough for three people. Two days later we picked up the antipasto salad and was equally good. They have a diverse menu including calzones and spaghetti dinners. Highly recommend this place for good food.“

“I usually don't leave a response but for here I had to. First when we arrived it was kinda confusing between a dollar general and a tanning saloon but overall ok area. We were seated by a hostess, the. Greeted by our waitress which I mite add very pleasant and down to earth. I ordered the stuffed banana peppers and buffalo eggs rolls as an app and the steak and banana pizza. It was average wait time. Now the exciting part!!!! The food was absolutely amazing peppers mild in heat prepared well , the buffalo egg rolls O M G!!! That's all. Now the steak pizza is probably one of the best pizza I have eaten in the 38 years I have been alive fresh dough fresh sauce w.e it was. It was fantastic and the rest of Ingredients were amazing. “We love this place and the food 🥘 is delicious once you get it. The servers are always very friendly but service not always great. Food takes a long time sometimes. We struggle with this because we are vegetarians so there is no meat being cooked in our dishes. The main reason I’m leaving this review is because the last time we were there, they mistakenly sent out a real burger instead of a veggie burger causing us not to enjoy our lunch together. Our server, Chelsey was so so kind and apologetic but did not take anything off of our bill. We are going to give them another chance but I feel like the managers should be floating around and making these mistakes right.“

The milanese is incredible. the salad that comes as a soup or salad choice is the best included salad ive ever had with a meal. the bread with olive oil and fava bean hummus is my favorite bread service around. Let's not forget the awesome and welcoming staff that always makes us feel like family. Yesterday my wife had a beet salad special that was in her opinion better (by far) than the ones she has had at the western door and other "high end" restaurants. “This place is an old school Italian restaurant that has been family owned and operated since it opened in 1946. The building is quite a bit older than that though and served as a movie theater before it became a restaurant. Also, the 1980 James Caan film, Hide in Plain Sight, which took place and was filmed in Buffalo had some scenes filmed at this restaurant. Anyways this place is very simple. You walk in and there are several red and white checkered table clothed tables and an older looking bar that is fully stocked. They also have a good sized flat screen TV up on the wall above the bar that you can watch. From the bar you can see a very small and simple looking kitchen area where they home make all of the food.“

“I wanted to go someplace different for my "Belated" Birthday Dinner and I was in the mood for Italian. I needed Pasta . So, I looked on YELP & decided on "Carrabba's". I am so glad I did !!! My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol“

“The Osteria restaurant is one of our favorites as a couple, so having Osteria cater the wedding was an absolute dream. The food choices all sounded fabulous (and tastes even better), making it exceptionally difficult to choose at our tasting, but we were so incredibly happy with our choices. Alyssa and Shannon promised they would take care of us to make sure the day went smoothly and they absolutely did. Alyssa answered every email, question, and phone call with clear answers and assured me continuously throughout the two-year process of planning our wedding. It was really important to us to have signature cocktails for our three kitties and a specific beer option from my groom’s hometown: Shannon promised us she would deliver and absolutely followed through. She personally bartended our wedding and gave us the dream experience. Most people told us “oh you won’t eat at your wedding”, which I told Osteria was unacceptable (I really wanted to eat the delicious food we selected!) and they made sure that we were able to enjoy our meal and even taste the appetizers we missed from taking photos during cocktail hour! Every staff member who arrived on site was exceptionally professional and so kind. They helped my day-of-coordinator set up tables, made sure we as the bride and groom were cared for, and paced the whole dinner service to perfection. I could tell that every single staff member genuinely cared about providing us a memorable experience, and everything was absolutely perfect to me. Considering how important food and beverage is to us in our daily lives (we’re big foodies), we really wanted to showcase that love on our wedding day and Osteria absolutely delivered.“

I would highly recommend this pizza to anyone searching for a thicker crust, as GF and cauliflower crusts seem to always be paper thin. This is our new place to visit every time we’re in the area.“
