“I wanted to commend the great service we received tonight at dinner. The young man working was outstanding from start to finish, even with being the only one working in the restaurant. The food was incredible as well! We definitely found our new go-to spot in the area!“

“Wednesday chicken parm night is incredibly priced and we even get some to take home. We have had so many great memories but our last visit last week was outstanding. McKenna was super friendly and was a beautiful hostess who was above and beyond accommodating for our large party walk in party. She encouraged that we had a drink at the bar. There is a limited liquor selection but the bartender Damen gave some great recommendations for a full draft beer list. Zac was our sever he was warm and accommodating and has a hilarious personality. Our group was a handful and he handled us well. Highly recommend not missing out on this hidden gem.“

“I wanted to go someplace different for my "Belated" Birthday Dinner and I was in the mood for Italian. I needed Pasta . So, I looked on YELP & decided on "Carrabba's". I am so glad I did !!! My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol“

From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. “This place felt incredibly homie from the moment we walked in. The customers all seemed like regulars, which actually made me feel right at home. The staff was kind, efficient, and our server checked in on us consistently without ever being overbearing.

But the food was the real star. Every dish we ordered was well‑seasoned, flavorful, and genuinely delicious. Not a single miss on the table. If I can pick one over everything else, it is the chicken Marsala. It is a must! I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“We go to many olive garden franchises as we go around road traveling. Live in MA and had a road trip to the Niagara Falls with the family, stopped by after a long day and we had an amazing experience.
Had to review this place for the best one we’ve been to so far. Our doggy was welcomed and greeted by the crew, food was the delicious and came out all so fast we were surprised, our bellies were happy on the way out. Thank you so much Amanda! :)“

“My family and I love heading to Sweet Emilia's for delicious ice cream! And when I'm in the mood for Italian takeout, Andiamo is right next door. The other day, I ordered takeout from Andiamo, and there was a little mix-up with my order, but the manager, Dave, was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make things right and even treated us to some ice cream as a kind gesture. Big shoutout to Dave! If you find yourself in the East Amherst area, check out Andiamo for takeout, and don’t forget to stop by Sweet Emilia's for dessert! You won’t regret it!“

“I used to live near there and ate there regularly. Moved away 10 years ago, but was back in the area and had to stop in. The food is as good as it always was. Hubby had to have the fried chicken, his favorite! The food was good, the service friendly and attentive...we'll have to go back again!“

Extremely courteous, attentive, friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We we’re at the Transit location a month prior for a club dinner and had a great time then too. If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. “By far the best place to get food on campus, if you love pasta and paninis go here. It's a good option for choosing between healthy or unhealthy food depending on what you create. Ordering is only done through the mobile GET app no other way to get food. Ordering here can be hard, must order during 15 minute interval times. For example if it's 1:26pm the next time they start a new ordering interval is 1:30pm then 1:45pm. People love this place so plan ahead. Paninis are good too for more of the unhealthy options.“

“We stopped in for some pizza and subs after Niagara falls and it was absolutely delicious! It was definitely nice to get away from the falls to get some more reasonable prices! We had excellent service, kids said it was the best cheese pizza ever! We also had the chicken tender sub with blue cheese it was on point! It was easy to see why this place has been around since 1982! Family owned business with multiple locations in the area! We all need to be supporting these local small businesses that our family owned and operated! McKenzie family approved!!!“

I contacted the restaurant after Uber Eats refused to refund my money even with clear photos of the unsanitary issue and Jina at the restaurant had a whole new meal delivered to me within an hour! “This was my first time here, and WOW! I ordered the "Chairman of the Board" and it was fantastic. The turkey was tender & juicy. The roll was super fresh. It wasn't heavy in my stomach like fried food can be. People in my group also ordered a "How-You_Doin?" sangwich and "Hey Sonny!" burger. They were both very pleased and we all agreed that we wanted to order from this restaurant again soon. My order was ready pretty fast.“
