“I wanted to go someplace different for my "Belated" Birthday Dinner and I was in the mood for Italian. I needed Pasta . So, I looked on YELP & decided on "Carrabba's". I am so glad I did !!! My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol“

“Today I was nearby and tried their food for the first time. The personal pizza was so delicious. Mine included red sauce, mozzarella, spinach, pepperoni, and sweet peppers. Inside the building was nice, even though I did take out instead of dining. The mens restroom was clean, and thank God they had paper towels rather than the air drying machine (for touching the door handle afterwards). There was a friendly young lady at the front register also. My only recommendation is adding basil to the pizza topping menu. I'll definitely return here regardless.“

The other day, I ordered takeout from Andiamo, and there was a little mix-up with my order, but the manager, Dave, was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make things right and even treated us to some ice cream as a kind gesture. Big shoutout to Dave! If you find yourself in the East Amherst area, check out Andiamo for takeout, and don’t forget to stop by Sweet Emilia's for dessert! You won’t regret it!“

“We had the pleasure of dining there last week with friends and we were very happy with everything. It happened to be on Wednesday which is their flight night. We all ordered from the very extensive cocktail menu first. 4 wines,3 margaritas, &2 specialty cocktails. All very good. We then ordered food flights. Soup or salad came with our choices. Everything was hot and delicious. Excellent meatball and gigantic.! Will be returning to try more of their enormous menu.“

“Giancarlo’s was absolutely incredible. We had our ceremony there and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. “We drove all the way from Mississauga, Ontario, to visit Olive Garden in Buffalo, and it was absolutely worth the trip!

A special thank you to our server, Alexis, for making our visit such a great experience. We were a group of 11, and despite everyone arriving hungry, she handled everything with incredible kindness, patience, and efficiency. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone had what they needed throughout the meal. It’s not easy serving a large group, but Alexis made it look effortless.

The food was excellent as well. I highly recommend the Stuffed Chicken and the Never-Ending Pasta—both were delicious and definitely worth trying.

Overall, the service and food exceeded our expectations. Alexis truly made our family gathering even more memorable, and we really appreciate all her hard work. Thank you, Alexis! We look forward to visiting again.“

Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. “By far the best place to get food on campus, if you love pasta and paninis go here. It's a good option for choosing between healthy or unhealthy food depending on what you create. Ordering is only done through the mobile GET app no other way to get food. Ordering here can be hard, must order during 15 minute interval times. For example if it's 1:26pm the next time they start a new ordering interval is 1:30pm then 1:45pm. People love this place so plan ahead. Paninis are good too for more of the unhealthy options.“

“First time going there with my Elderly Dad. No where to sit, but one chair. I had my Dad take while we waited for our food. Rich the cashier there today, Friday was a wonderful man. As we waited, his food came up and he asked they cut two pieces from his sub for us to try while we waited💞 what a sweetheart! We were very happy with all our food takeout. Delicious, and we didn’t have to wait a long time. Next time, I will preorder. Thank you Rich, for your kind heart. We will definitely be back.“

“My wife and I have been here twice now our first time was great very quiet and the food was great. My wife got a 4 cheese pizza and I got the chicken parm with a side of pasta. Their red sauce is excellent and food is excellent. Their Connolis are so good decent size too grabbed one of those too. Service is also excellent very nice and kind staff. Which leads me to today's dinner. I have been wanting to go back for some time. Looked at the specials got stuffed garlic Knotts those were so good! I again stuck with Chicken parm I don't eat it other than when I go out for dinner. Wife got the pizza Bianca which was a white pizza I believe. Again food was just as great as last time. I had the displeasure of a customer sneezing on me as they left the restaurant. I was admittedly very upset who wouldn't be. I am pretty sure that after I was sneezed on it definitely landed on my food too and I immediately stopped eating. Anyway our waitress asked if we needed to go containers my wifes food was untouched by the sneeze thankfully. I told our waitress the customer sneezed on me as they left and pretty sure it got on my food too. She was very apologetic and understanding i would not eat the rest of my dinner. It was a good portion of pasta left over she was very kind and said she can get me more pasta! She didn't have to do that I was not trying to make a fuss and accepted the offer. I went to the bathroom and cleaned my face and arm off and looked forward to my comfort connoli. The staff here is great they are nice and they are kind. I am not deterred to return i still will. I just want the waitress and their staff to be recognized for their service and kindness. To the waitress who helped me I do not remember your name, but thank you. I hope you know who this was and who you are and that your boss sees this!“

“This was my first time here, and WOW! I ordered the "Chairman of the Board" and it was fantastic. The turkey was tender & juicy. The roll was super fresh. It wasn't heavy in my stomach like fried food can be. People in my group also ordered a "How-You_Doin?" sangwich and "Hey Sonny!" burger. They were both very pleased and we all agreed that we wanted to order from this restaurant again soon. My order was ready pretty fast.“

I contacted the restaurant after Uber Eats refused to refund my money even with clear photos of the unsanitary issue and Jina at the restaurant had a whole new meal delivered to me within an hour! She turned a bad experience into a better one and fixed my issue immediately! Thank you Jina!“

“We have ordered multiple times from here and the fresh warm bread that accompanies the delicious sandwiches is amazing. Their pizza is a must try, we have tried all of the pizza, our least favorite is the four cheese, but if you appreciate gorgonzola or blue cheese than you would love it. Everything is homemade and is a flavor explosion. The sandwiches are a must try, the bread is some of the best around!“
