The service was top notch. From the Reservation Desk, the Maitre' D, our waiter Chris, and all the staff...just excellence in service. Food was fabulous! Cocktail and wine menu are excellent. Truly a 5 star experience!
We stopped in for a one night stay at the Delavan and so happy that we chose to dine here.
Delicious Steak & Lobster! Beautiful Christmas decorations.. Wonderful gift shop! Hopefully tomorrow when i call they have my Christmas decoration I bought and left on counter there!!
This was our first visit and it was amazing. Our server Annie was awesome! The oysters were fresh and sweet, the pork belly was tender and spicy! My husband's ribeye was beautifully grilled and my rack of lamb was cooked to perfection!

The steak was very well prepared and sides were great as well. The French Onion soup was delicious, as was the sausage bread. Cocktails were excellent. Salvatore’s is an experience with tuxedo clad servers. They decorate for each season, and they have a lovely gift shop. A great choice for those seeking a nice dinner and conversation spot. Reservations highly recommended.
