“We spent our wedding anniversary in Niagara on the lake. We loved this place so much my wife asked if we could go back the next night. Not over priced, great food and service. Great out door seating surrounded by trees. You feel like you are dinning in a tree house. Great thin pizza made in oven onsite. All local ingredients are used. We had the mussles, two pizzas, the beet goat cheese and walnut salad. The burger, nachos and wings on the two visits. All are highly recommended. Parm cheese and hot peppers on the table. Coffee and dessert were excellent too. Thank you very much for making our anniversary so special. We will be back next year or maybe even sooner.“

The owners son(part owner and chef) actually sat us and chatted for a cpl minutes which was very nice and then on to our server(waitress) she was newly moved into the States from Canada and such an amazing person! “We couldn’t be happier with the catering for our wedding! From start to finish, MJ and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free.

The food was fresh, full of flavour, and somehow even better than what we experienced at our tasting, which we didn’t think was possible! The desserts were absolutely fabulous, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food.

The team was fast, efficient, and incredibly organized. They beautifully set up every station, and the late-night taco and churro stations were a huge hit with our reception guests. It was such a fun addition to the evening and everyone loved it.

Overall, this is hands down the best catering company we’ve ever worked with. Your passion for what you do shines through in your professionalism, your energy, and most importantly, your incredible food. We will absolutely recommend you to everyone we know and look forward to working with you again for future events throughout our lives.

“My wife and I got Pasta Fresca to cater our wedding. Where to I even begin? The food that they made was so delicious that I may have over ate just a little too much. Lol After talking to multiple of my guests I wasn’t the only one. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the meal they provided for us for our wedding. The staff was friendly and did a great job at serving our guests. They were very accommodating for little kids and people with allergies that needed alterations to the food provided. The roast beef was amazing and you can tell everything was made fresh and homemade. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again. Thanks for the delicious meal.“

“Excellent dinner! If you’re looking for a good Italian restaurant, try Casa Nova. After our meal, we were saying how good the bread was and we found out it’s all made in house, and so is the Italian dressing. Casa Nova will definitely be on our rotation- and they do take-out!“
