Not only was the lunch recommendation on point; the fritters were absolutely amazing. However, the best thing ever was the service! Zoran was the kindest person ever and when I spoke to my family by phone later in the day-he was the first one I told them about. I’m not sure when I’ll make it back but Fritters on the Lake will be my first stop and everyone that is headed that way will have my highest recommendation. “We visited here yesterday, just before going to the show and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of brews on tap, across the spectrum of styles. They also had a very nice selection of one off sours, in bottles, to sell. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot while chatting with him. We loved the clean, modern look of the bar area. We did not get upstairs to the patio, but we will do that next time. What a great place. We will definitely return.”

The second night” our 41st wedding anniversary at the end of our meal Kaitlin brought us a dessert and an anniversary card signed by all the staff that Mieriam our waitress the night before had left for us, it really ment the world to us. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all the next time we are in Niagara on the Lake.”

“Dropped in for an unexpected tasting with no high expectations! Charlotte was great and the wines were very good. Better yet they had their Grand Reserve Red on sale for $20 (reg $45). Keeping a lookout for more sales!”

“Positives: Food was great with fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Good quality.

Negatives: Waited 30+ minutes for anything to arrive from the time we ordered. Same experience for everyone else in the restaurant that day. If you’re coming with a wine tasting tour keep this in mind as we had to box alot of our food as our allocated lunch time ran out.

Servers could have been more aware of this and give a warning for long wait times or update on how far along the food was.

Conclusion: Despite this, if not on a time limit, I would eat here again.”

The sourdough bread was also so incredibly fresh and delicious. This was a fantastic opportunity to try unique dishes at an affordable price while supporting our local students. The future of the Niagara culinary world is bright!”

“I went to the estate tour at Jackson-Triggs with a bum knee and was super pleased with their ability to help me still have the full experience. Paul, at the front desk, and Krystian (sp?), our tour guide, went out of their way to accommodate me!

The tour itself was great, with tastings spaced out in various spots throughout the winery. I've been to a fair amount of wine tastings and tours in my life, but Krystian still managed to teach me a few new things. Jackson-Triggs has great stories!

After the tour, we were able to sit outside on their beautiful property and enjoy a glass of shiraz. Only wish we were there for a concert to experience the full outdoor loveliness!”

Stocked up on our favourite wines for Xmas gifts and now their New Sangria’s where do I begin with those, The Sempre sparkling wine is Amazing. Love when you open the door to their establishment you are welcomed with the smell of wine. It’s so familiar feels like you are at home celebrating with your big Italian family and catching up with your relatives. That is my experience .”

“Visited Konzelmann Estate Winery. The atmosphere and service were lovely, and the tasting room is beautiful. However, to be honest, the wine itself didn't really impress me. We tried the white wine expecting a light, bright peach flavor, but in reality, it was just okay—the peach note was barely detectable and definitely an acquired taste. It was fine to try once, but I wouldn't buy a bottle.”

We liked the amuse-bouche, palate cleansers, and surprises as much as the dishes we ordered.”

Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The sandwiches were excellent, the tea was delicious, and the sugar-free pastries were absolutely amazing—you would never guess they were sugar-free.

The staff was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making every visit even more enjoyable.

The brisket is always spot on and one of the best I've had. The Szechuan Chicken Sandwhich is one of those mash-ups where Nashville meets Asia in perfect harmony. Combine all this with a great range of beers from Oast House and you may even forget Niagara also makes wine 👏👨‍🍳🐄🐓🐖”

“I was excited to try the orecchiette pasta but I forgot to mention I have a nut allergy, so it came with the hazelnut sprinkle. I was so sad lol but I tried a bit of the pasta that didn't have nuts on it and tbh it was really bland... I ended up sharing the shrimp pasta with a friend and that was really good and flavourful albeit extremely oily. The prosciutto pizza (forgot the name) was tasty but it's a pretty basic combination of toppings/nothing special. I enjoyed the crispy thin crust but some of my friends didn't like it since they like thick crust better. Overall it was pretty average here. It's a bit pricy but the servings are quite large and we had to carb load prior to our marathon last weekend. The service was very slow and nothing extraordinary.”

“Went here with my girlfriend for the first time last year. Now it's one of my go to places for either pizza or subs in Niagara. Love their assorted sub, chicken parmesan sub and pepperoni pizza which goes great with their garlic dip. Highly recommend Italian pizza and subs.”

The ladies working here were kind and patient and made sure that I could safely consume their alternative milk products. The coffee came out hot and fresh. Food- First off, any English restaurant has to get Fish and Chips right. They don't disappoint, not too doughy not too greasy.

“I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.

I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.

Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.

I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.

Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.

Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!”

“This is a take out location only with no dining area. It is super close to my parent's home and has become our go to pizza place for when we are craving a Supreme Pizza. We order online (to get the deal of the day .... not sure why Pizza Hut only offers so many of their deals online only but that is a Pizza Hut directive not a location decision and worst comes to worst you can always use the app on your mobile from the parking lot if needs be!) and by the time I arrive the pizza is rolling out of the oven. The crust is always crispy, the toppings abundant and the cheese melty!
The staff is always cheerful and ready to help if people are looking to order at the counter and wait.
I have never had a bad pizza here but I have some that are more exceptional than usual! Thank you for having an amazing team that produces an amazing product!”
