Our routine is to get our food and then sit somewhere along the parkway to eat. Service is always friendly, but expect to wait a bit. I had to knock off a star because for some odd reason they package the sandwiches in environmentally unfriendly plastic clamshells (I am quite certain this has been banned in Canada). There are much better options out there!”

The brut was 3/5, I found it sweet and not bubbly enough. Service was not the best, we were seated comfortably, but (since we were a large group) if someone went to the bathroom, staff would ask if we were done with the chairs. It made us feel rushed to get out of there.I would love to return for a proper tasting outside of the festival!”

“My wife arranged a white label tasting while we were in NOTL, and we had visited the winery 6 years ago but with a large group so this was much better not being rushed. The tasting was very good and the host is very knowledgeable so you won’t be bored. She seemed to love the winery and everything about wine and we give her a 10 out of 10. We liked most of the wines but the ones presented I think need to cellar a bit but they were still outstanding. I would highly recommend the tasting as you will not be disappointed.”

There are many unique flavors and all of the staples, with products sourced from around the world to meal great gelato. eg. the Alphonso Mango flavor is derived from mangoes imported from Mumbai, India! Skip any of the other gelato and ice cream in NOTL and go to one of Carlotta's two locations! You will not be disappointed.”

Personally I loved the Cabernet Franc red ice wine ($99 for 3 sale going on right now when a bottle could be easily $50 to $100 each or more) which was Uber sweet and so good and so smooth. It was really a great experience and a nice atmosphere with 80s music and indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking. They sell chocolate, sauces, jams, cheese, cured meats, chips, wine seltzers, and cute gadgets and magnets. The manager Vince was so gracious and friendly and because of him we bought wines to take home to the US. And the ice wines are great too! Try it.”

“We were in Niagara recently and wanted to have dinner before returning to Toronto. We were lucky to score a patio seat (covered and heated - since it was February) as this was a last minute decision for us. The dining room was fully booked already, but the patio was great. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing. All of the food was exceptionally prepared and expertly paired with wines from old and new worlds. The overall dining took just a bit over two hours and was neither dragged out nor rushed. Our server was always there to attend to all of our needs. Looking forward to the next time we are back in the area for another visit.”

“Was at this location on March 25 at 2:30pm. Had a burger, fries and chili and everything was great. The fries were so hot I had to give them a few minutes to cool down which I will never complain about. I don't mind having to wait a few minutes to get hot fresh fries. Servers were friendly. The seating area was empty and was easy to get a seat. Location is close to the highway which is very convenient if you are on your way to or from Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-lake.”
