We have been to Budapest quite a few times now and the food is excellent. Always fresh ingredients and prepared when you order. Our routine is to get our food and then sit somewhere along the parkway to eat. Service is always friendly, but expect to wait a bit. I had to knock off a star because for some odd reason they package the sandwiches in environmentally unfriendly plastic clamshells (I am quite certain this has been banned in Canada). We drove by and 2 of my friends in the car they are hungarians and they went nuts when they saw this bakeshop. We found park and walked there to get the so famous traditional chimneys (they have been telling us we need to try for so long) they ordered the one with almond and they said it was really good really brough them back memories from back home and closure, so I had obviously to try and I got the oreo chimney and it was huge, thought i couldnt finish... but guess what?
