There are many unique flavors and all of the staples, with products sourced from around the world to meal great gelato. eg. the Alphonso Mango flavor is derived from mangoes imported from Mumbai, India! Skip any of the other gelato and ice cream in NOTL and go to one of Carlotta's two locations! You will not be disappointed.“

“Perfect evening for our 20th anniversary. We sat outside on the patio with full view of the vineyard. The staff were wonderful and food was fantastic. We decided on the 5 course blinded tasting menu with wine pairing. Every course was a delight.“

“Have been wanting to come to this farm-to-table restaurant for the longest time so was lucky enough to get a booking to celebrate my birthday. Although I had booked for a standard table, when we reached there we opted for an outdoor table and even though we were 30 minutes early, the restaurant staff were able to assign an outdoor table immediately. Had heard and read such wonderful reviews about this restaurant and it lived up to it!! We opted for Wine Pairings and the wines provided for each course were spot on!! Both the food and service were par excellence and our server, Kristin and the sommelier were simply awesome. All in all a very memorable birthday dinner and sure to become one of our most favorite restaurants in Niagara-on-the lake!! Highly recommend!!“

“No visit to Niagara on the lake is complete without visiting Nina. The croissants are melt in your mouth. Other pastries and baked goods are super delicious. The strawberry and pistachio gelato were awesome. Our other favourites are the Banana loaf, and shortbread cookies. The service here is warm and always welcoming. Bravo?“

“The menu offered many great choices (from waffles to nachos), and the food was delicious. The food was beautifully plated, fresh, and generous portions. The prices were more than reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive!“

“Trius was the last stop of our “My Wine Country” tour. We were the only ones taking the tour during our time slot so it felt like a personalized experience. The tour was fun and we got a chance to take a lot of photos and to try the award winning “Red The Icon”. Bought a bottle at the gift shop as well. Also learned a few tips on how to properly sabre a bottle.“

“Breakfast was great, we went early to avoid the crowds. Only two complaints really, the artwork is odd and I really find the painting of the dead fish unappealing when eating. The second complaint is in regards to serving tea. Teapots should be warmed and boiling water used so that it's hot when it arrives.“

Menu was quite limited though and prices were very high for a fairly standard fair that most usual home cooks could prepare no problem. (A beef tenderloin with basic veg garnish for $60? I'll cool you one for $55!) But this seems to be standard these days! We will be back.“
