Many THANKS to Graham. He made our dining experience exceptional. The food was delicious.
We had tickets for a show and couldn't make a reservation on line so we took our chances and started asking at restaurants near the theatre. Booked, booked, booked. (I was with two seniors and one had mobility difficulties).
When we walked into The Noble, Laura at the front desk was warm, kind, and incredibly understanding. She checked and was able to accommodate us and from that moment on, the experience just kept getting better.

Enjoyed a very nice breakfast this past weekend. The highlight for me was the breakfast potatoes! They were delicious. Everything was fresh and well presented. Our server Michelle was amazing! By far the best server we had during our weekend stay in town, we visted quite a few of the vintage hotel restaurants, not one compared to the level of service Michelle presented.
