The food is superb and is updated according to what’s in season, the staff are incredibly warm and professional, and the atmosphere itself is modern yet cozy. “We enjoyed the three-course tasting menu at Benchmark! Our server Pauline was incredibly helpful in explaining the different dishes and helping us decide what to select. The food was absolutely delicious. So many delicious and unique flavours! I enjoyed the Cornish Hen, the Winter Chicory Salad and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The sourdough bread was also so incredibly fresh and delicious. This was a fantastic opportunity to try unique dishes at an affordable price while supporting our local students. The future of the Niagara culinary world is bright!“

“What an amazing afternoon with a grand royal structured property, outstanding patio overlooking delicious vineyards and delectable wines. The cheese dots were cheesy heaven and left us satiated.
However the best part of our experience by far was Mirada. She was attentive, energetic and left us feeling her great vibe for the rest of the afternoon. She was so amazing we just decided to skip our next Vineyard.

“Enjoyed a very nice breakfast this past weekend. The highlight for me was the breakfast potatoes! They were delicious. Everything was fresh and well presented. Our server Michelle was amazing! By far the best server we had during our weekend stay in town, we visted quite a few of the vintage hotel restaurants, not one compared to the level of service Michelle presented. She was very attentive, very friendly and always made sure our cups were full, I don't think I ever saw the bottom of my mug, very Impressive.

Recommeded to visit, the hotel itself is also very beautiful you wont be dissapointed.“

“Lovely setting. Friendly staff. Good food. Give good friends spent two unhurried hours on a beautiful day on the wine bar terrace. Wonderful time. Menu considerations: Great fries. Nice salads. Decent burger. Limited gluten free options. Hamburgers can only be ordered cooked through and not medium rare. Tuna in pole only served rare and chef will not start. (Peculiar from both health and cuisine perspectives.) Recommend for a relaxed meal.“
