“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“I was once stationed at a military base close to the Mexican border and sampled some amazing Mexican cuisine. I now live in the greater Buffalo area, and have tried many of its so called Mexican restaurant that to my mind were just a tad better than eating at Taco Bell. I recently dined at a restaurant in Cheektowaga call Taqueria Los Mayas… and let me tell you… their food is as close to actually eating in Mexico as you can get. The portions are very generous, and the prices fair. Totally enjoyed the experience.“

“Today I was nearby and tried their food for the first time. The personal pizza was so delicious. Mine included red sauce, mozzarella, spinach, pepperoni, and sweet peppers. Inside the building was nice, even though I did take out instead of dining. The mens restroom was clean, and thank God they had paper towels rather than the air drying machine (for touching the door handle afterwards). There was a friendly young lady at the front register also. My only recommendation is adding basil to the pizza topping menu. I'll definitely return here regardless.“

“We just held a wedding rehearsal dinner here for just under 30 people, at The Hollow Bistro & Brew. Five stars across the board! If I could give more, I would! Carrie is amazing to work with. So helpful, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She always got back to me quickly when I had a question. She's very happy to help you and make things as easy and seamless as possible. The food was AMAZING, and our guests just raved about it, from first bite to days later! Upon finding out the groom, as well as other family members have to eat gluten free, Carrie made sure all of the meat and side dishes we chose were gluten free as well. We chose the roast beef, grilled herb chicken, herb potatoes, fried rice, and salad. The gluten free dishes were a huge blessing for us! Everyone that had anything to do with our dinner was also outstanding, helpful, and kind. “Their food is great and that is why I dine in here almost everyday but terrible service with their new servers who provides you with a rush service and accussed me to be very demanding and picky when I only asked to honor the price that they advertised on their lunch menu. Their lunch supposed to come with a soup or a choice of fresh or fried spring roll but the server who took my order charged me with the dinner price and the soup as well so I questioned that but both servers retaliated and told me that it was past lunch time hours when they handed me my check so they can't changed the price although I ordered my food during lunch time hours and from the lunch menu. I'm their regular customer so I know abbout it for few years now. Also, they refused to refill my child's drink and that was very rude and I was very hurt for my daughter and that pushed me to express my worse experienced so far with this restaurant involving with their servers attitude.“

“This place is the bomb. The food was out of this world. The wait staff and hostess were fantastic. As was the owner.

My main complaint is that we had set reservations and wanted it to sit us at the first table near the door in the middle of where everybody walks in.

There were plenty available tables and if we're going to make reservations, I want to be set somewhere that it feels like you knew we were coming.“
