I was feeling Great and losing weight. Pita Gourmet was essentially responsible for getting me started eating the Keto diet. The wrap is my carbohydrate, the chicken my protein, the tzatzki and olives my fat. I've dropped 35 pounds and kept it off. On special occasion I'll cheat with some Greek Fries with Feta.......YUM! “I've only ever been to Zoé for breakfast (which are delicious), so I was pleased to also have a delicious lunch. The servings are large and service is fast and friendly. And if you ever drive by thinking you won't get a seat because there's a ton of cars in the lot, give it a try. They have so much space and my wait is usually zero to 5 minutes only, even when the lot is full to the brim.“
“I don’t have any experience with the inside of the restaurant because I order takeout, but the food here is PHENOMENAL. I have never had better takeout in my life and I’m wholly addicted now and I can’t express it enough. “This is very small restaurant on Sheridan Dr., near Millersport. There are 5 tables set for 2; 5 tables set for 4 and one table set for 8. I ordered the falafel wrap. It comes with hot-out-of-the-fryer fries. These were great. The very large wrap is filled with several falafel balls, tahini and chopped salad. It has been a while since I enjoyed falafel. This wrap did not disappoint. It was delicious.“
“My wife and I live near the Alden location and occasionally venture out to clarence location. The food at each location is phenomenal. The soulvaki is by far the best in WNY ( no exaggeration), the Greek fries couldn’t be better and the baklava is killer. I’ve recently tried the fish fry and it’s delicious. The owners/workers are very kind and always personable. We love coming here for food (and so does my 15 month old)… needless to say we come here a lot and will continue to. Certainly there is a reason for all the positive 5 star reviews. Here’s to another!“
“This food was incredible!! You get so much food for what you pay for. I got the small Greek salad and that could easily feed two people as a starter salad or one person (plus potentially leftovers) for dinner. All of the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. The gyro I ordered was also amazing and I even ate it a day old (don't tell the owners - I'm sure they would be disappointed ;) ) because I was in a rush and it was still absolutely incredible. I need to find my way back to town to have this again!!“
“From the hostess, our waitress, and the nice woman who refilled our coffees, our service was superb! The heaping of food we received was more than enough and definitely shareable. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to try lunch and dinner.“
“Hidden Gem....I usually get the salads or stir fry's. Never disappointed! Small facility but great staff, some would say a hole in the wall. But I say it had character and great vibes !!! Not a sit down spot, only issue. Oh and the hours!!“
“I went to this location of Pita Gourmet as part of a group of three. This was our first time going to any Pita Gourmet location, so I can't say whether this location is better or worse than others. The counter service here was friendly and helpful. And there was plenty of seating, though the dining tables already look worn even though this is still a fairly new location. My falafel pita wrap was okay, but the flavor of the falafel wasn't as good as other falafel I'd had. That may be a personal preference though and isn't meant to suggest that there was something wrong with my food. My companions expressed to me that they felt that their orders were okay as well, but not anything they'd go back for. I basically felt the same way. I had baklava for dessert and thought it was decent quality. In terms of value, I felt that the prices here were reasonable for the portions served. If you're on the fence about trying this place out, I'd definitely recommend giving it a chance and experiencing it for yourself. The flavors here might be more up your alley than mine.Vegetarian options: Falafel. Hummus.“
“Great tandoori chicken and fantastic shawarma, and obviously the kebabs were so good. The peppers were grilled to smokey-tasting perfection. AND they gave us free eclipse-viewing glasses in the bag. AND it's also just my new favorite restaurant to say the name of. Say it, it's hella fun. Alibaba Kebab. See?! Saying it out loud is scientifically proven to make you smile, and who am I to argue with science?“
“Best factor is convenience. The location near Main and Bailey was easy to get to. Parking is also easy. Food was definitely good. Great for pickup! We went in and ordered at the counter, which took a while longer than I would imagine. Atmosphere was a little odd and not a focus apparently. If a factor to you, so be it. But the food was good.“
“Excellent greek food and homemade tzatziki. Personally we come for the souvlakis, gyros and greek potatoes. So delicious! The french onion soup is also very good- with rich broth and tons of cheese. Service is incredible and you really feel like family when you walk through the doors. They are so kind to the kids too. Always having coloring art displayed. Its one of our favorite places to go to. No matter day or night.“

“As Ramadan is about to start, I decided to buy a chicken over rice meal for suhoor (morning meal before fasting) as I'm a college student with nowhere to cook. The owners decided to give me 2 chicken over rice's instead of 1 for the price of 1! This will immensely help as I will be able to save another meal for another suhoor. Honestly this move really brightened up my day! May Allah bless the owners and elevate them for their generousity!“
“I used to work near the Transit/Wehrle location and eat there nearly every week. It's still very good. I enjoy it more than Rachel's. Their meats and veggies are always fresh. I wish they still made their own pita chips instead of just using bagged Issa chips. Terribly uncomfortable chairs and the music is too loud. Many places go that route so that customers don't stay too long when eating there. Get the chicken souvlaki wrap and Greek fries. You won't be disappointed.“
“I love the falafel pita sandwich they have here. And I recently tried their falafel rice bowl, which was also very tasty. And I like to get the rice pudding on occasion, which is also yummy. I've never had a bad thing here, basically.I had a falafel rice bowl from another restaurant, which was good, but heavy and on the greasy side. The falafel rice bowl from Rachel's is definitely not heavy or greasy at all. It tastes healthy and doesn't make me feel so full that I can't finish it all. Also, it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I'm a little lactose intolerant, but whatever tahini sauce they use on top is super friendly to my stomach, unlike other eateries in the area which use a thicker, richer tahini sauce.“

Had a good amount of vegan options Will eat here again.Vegetarian options: Pita, Baklava, falafel, wraps, salads, hummus, etc.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to cashews and pistachios. Never got to try Baklava before and was excited to find that not only was it vegan friendly, but they had a pistachio-free option for me too! I was shocked. I’m also vegan and they made sure I had a delicious hearty meal for me free of meat or dairy.“
“Almaza is great. The rotisserie chicken exceeds all expectations and reputations. One of the best dishes you can get. Love all the sides that are offered, along with a great variety of other dishes. Everything tastes super fresh and perfectly seasoned. A must try if you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean food.“
