It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. “Actually don't get the falafel, I mean it's decent, but the chicken shawarma is actually the best in the neighborhood. The shawarma is beautifully caramelized and has plenty of crispy bits, the curry rice is the perfect comfort accompaniment offering silky smooth potatoes in a tangy curry sauce. Speaking of tangy the sauces are a must, the garlic sauce in particular had a wonder fresh dairy taste that cuts through the spicy (the hot sauce is really good) and perfectly charred grilled chicken. The salad is nicely coated with fresh lemony tangy dressing and the pickles have the right done-ess and texture. Couldn't ask for a better place.“

“Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and a chicken plate with a pop — came out to about $30. Plate is a solid portion, rice, salad, and sauce, honestly amazing value for the size. Chicken was well-seasoned and not dry which is all I ask. Wrap was good too but the plate is the move.

Rating changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of Ajay. He is the shining example of what osmows customer service should represent. He is kind, friendly, welcoming and doesn't skimp you on the portions! Give this guy a raise asap. Most valuable member at that location by far! And I met all of them!

Despite Ajay being amazing, the following should still be addressed, reviewed and rectified:

Friday May 29th, 2026, around 5pm.
Your staff are in serious need of training. Not only did they short me on food, but the male server was completely disengaged and made it feel like he was just trying to get rid of us. I thanked him for his services and he gave me a blank stare than continued to speak with his co-worker. Who keep in mind, did nothing to correct his behavior.

Once I arrived home, I can see that he shorted us on the meat for both our large chicken on the rocks and large chicken wrap

When a customer is paying north of 30$ for a meal, this is completely unacceptable. Please rectify the issue.

My recommendation is to replace both those workers or retrain him. They do not understand or meet Canada's standards for customer service. I implore you to look over your security footage for proof.

“One of the Best shawarmas I had in Toronto. It is meaty and saucy - they way I like it. Love that the have a hotdog sausage in the shawarma. I ordered the sweet potato fries too - which were also great The meat is tender and fresh - seems like you are eating thighs but it’s actually chicken breast. Highly recommended“
