“Schnitzel is amazing“

“Pretty decent place - very clean when I went. The only complaint I wish they’d have more toppings such as cucumber, peppers, tabouli.. even black or green olives they didn’t have! I didn’t see tzatziki sauce or any additional spices to add either. This surprised me for a Mediterranean fusion restaurant. The sign underneath also should be updated to read tahini’s, I almost missed the store walking by. (Not as current Mediterranean fusion restaurant)“

“I just had a Kobideh with rice. Unbelievable! The meal was so hearty and delicious. They served 2 skewers with a generous amount of rice. In these inflationary times, when many restaurants are reducing their portions and especially protein they served this big meal for on $11.99 and the guy had an amazing smile serving it. It is definitely a hidden gem. Let's support these guys so they can open up a bigger dining place. I would absolutely be trying other meal combos when I am around again.

“I found this place last week and have eaten here 4 times already. The chicken shawarma is fantastic - all of the veggies are fresh, the chicken is juicy, the garlic sauce is amazing! The owner of the store was so kind, he let me try different things on the menu and made my food with utmost care. I will continue to eat here, some of the best shawarma I’ve had. 10/10!“

“Came to visit Me Va Me for a birthday (had a reservation since we were a large party). I personally ordered a chicken shawarma plate with a side of baba ganoush (mezze). Everything was very tasty but beware: the portions are HUGE. I shared the plate with my husband and still took half of it home, as did everyone else in our party. Service was very good too. Will definitely return!“

“Came in for lunch and ordered a chicken shawarma wrap combo. The portions are huge and everything tasted amazing. After I finished eating a staff memeber Came up to me and gave me another portion of food because my order was made a second time by accident. She even seperated the meat from the pita and packaged it up all separately so I could have another lunch! What amazing customer service. Thank you so much for a delicious lunch !!!“

“Lafa is fantastic, beating anything at a standard shawarma shop. Toppings and sauces are great.... I've been here a dozen times, and it's perfect every time ❤️. Absolutely massive portion in lafa, too.

Update Sept 29, 2024: This place is the best shawarma in the GTA. I was worried they would have shrunk their portions or lowered their quality over the past year like so many, but the opposite: it is even better. The laffa is baked on site, and the toppings are very fresh and more complex than at other shawarma restaurants. Absolutely perfect.“
