“Ordered a take out from this place today. The food was great. I am picky with Turkish food since I find it to often be dry but I had no issues with this place. There was an error with my order with one major item missing. The owner fully refunded me and made sure the order made its way to me. Mistakes happen sometimes and how owners handle them is the true measure of customer service. I will definately order from this restaurant again.“

It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. I absolutely love coming here, especially post gym / on an appetite because the portion ratio you get is never skimped so you will always get your money’s worth, especially protein wise.

What I really love about this franchise is that they aren’t afraid to innovate compared to Osmows, Shelbys, etc. and all those other viral shawarma places you see on instagram and tiktok are never really true to their taste, prices and hype as influencers hype it up and get special treatment in portion sizes. Example is me trying their new blueberry chicken wrap to their ramen shawarma which where are you even getting these experimentations elsewhere?

Also the service is always quick, the place is clean but the utmost is Nitish, one of the workers there who knows me as a regular and just always greets and treats me like family. Even when I order over ubereats, he just knows; That goes a long way in creating a warm and welcoming vibe and environment without that force factor.

Will forever be a supporter and have put a bunch of people on!“

Rating changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of Ajay. He is the shining example of what osmows customer service should represent. He is kind, friendly, welcoming and doesn't skimp you on the portions! Give this guy a raise asap. Most valuable member at that location by far! And I met all of them!

Despite Ajay being amazing, the following should still be addressed, reviewed and rectified:

Friday May 29th, 2026, around 5pm.
Your staff are in serious need of training. Not only did they short me on food, but the male server was completely disengaged and made it feel like he was just trying to get rid of us. I thanked him for his services and he gave me a blank stare than continued to speak with his co-worker. Who keep in mind, did nothing to correct his behavior.

Once I arrived home, I can see that he shorted us on the meat for both our large chicken on the rocks and large chicken wrap

When a customer is paying north of 30$ for a meal, this is completely unacceptable. Please rectify the issue.

My recommendation is to replace both those workers or retrain him. They do not understand or meet Canada's standards for customer service. I implore you to look over your security footage for proof.

“Habibi Bowl for $21. Portion is pretty small and food is generally ok. Rice is flavourful and so are the chicken and sauces tho I wish there was more protein. The garnishes make for a nice touch and visual. My main complaint is the tzatziki sauce tastes like straight up plain yogurt and is quite overpowering imo especially when lathered in gallops. Also it isn't as spicy as I thought it would be for the second highest level.“
