I think they need better quality control on the food... especially being safely stored.. perhaps temperatures..etc“

“I had a great experience at Kabobs Factory in Vaughan. The restaurant is very clean, the food is delicious, halal, and very reasonably priced for the quality.

The washroom was spotless, which says a lot about how they maintain the place.

Ordered a pickup special pizza from here and I became an addict. Amazing 'to go' as well as by slice. Generous toppings at a great price point. Also, the staff are always friendly and awesome; They are always ready with a smile and genuinely seem to care about their customers and they are passionate about their food.

One slice for $4.50 (including tax) is super filling! Remember to ask what kind because the toppings are under the cheese! I had pepperoni and my boyfriend tried the Chicken Delight (spicy slice) and the donair. Donair was really good (I found it a bit too sweet, but it's really popular and worth giving a try!) and i didn't try the Chicken Delight, but it was so good that it inspired him to try the Donair.

Also, the paper plates are super cute.“

“We went to the Richmond Hill location at around 12:30 a.m., as there aren’t many restaurants open at that time. This restaurant stays open until 3 a.m., which was very convenient for us.
There were 12 of us coming from a show, and we all went there together. There was only one young girl working, and we gave her such a big order—so many things to make, bake, and fry! But hats off to this young girl, whose name I think was Prabhajit. She was absolutely amazing! Within 20–30 minutes, everyone had their food properly prepared, wrapped, and arranged.
I was honestly so impressed by the dedication of this young girl at the counter. Without any help, she managed to complete our entire order so efficiently and with such a positive attitude. 👏

And a message to the owner of this location:
Please do not leave this young girl alone at this location so late at night. I saw many different types of people, especially men and boys, coming in to buy things. It really isn’t safe for a young woman to be working alone at that time of night. If possible, there should be at least two workers in the store during those late-night hours.
She did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication. She deserves recognition, but she also deserves to feel safe while doing her job. ❤“

“Shawarma is great. Chicken is juicy and tender. Veggies are fresh. The pita is nothing special, as it is just a regular white pita but it’s not bad by any means. The only issue is the price. It’s gotten really expensive over the years, but the quality of the food and flavour is very good.“
