After driving by this place many times, we finally decided to stop. First Friday of Lent, and there was quite a crowd with looked like most people ordering their fish fry. That's what we were there for. We were seated quickly, and after placing our drink orders, we decided to grab a bowl of fresh popcorn (self-serve) to munch on while waiting for our food. We love this place. The food is excellent (especially the chicken wing soup!) and the staff has always been amazing. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. The prices are reasonable as well.

Decided since it was a Friday, we would get a Fish Fry. We settled on Rock Kitchen as where we would go. They don't have an online reservation system so I had to call to make a reservation. We took advantage of their early bird Fish Fry special. The Fish and the Cole Slaw were good but the fries were too greasy for my taste. It is served with a house made dipping sauce for the fries.
