The chicken was crispy and juicy & the burgers were stacked - everything tasted high quality! The staff were great & the whole place had a fun, upbeat energy. Definitely coming back! Manager Daniel was awesome to deal with.“

“A very nice place as we've dined here several times before.
There's inside & outside seating. Outside has roll down sides with patio heaters for cooler weather.
Unfortunately this visit wasn't up to their usual standards. I had the Friday fish fry. It was decent size but the breading was over cooked & hard.
Plus the fish was very thin & all I could taste was overcooked breading.
My wife's dinner was very good and the couple we dined with had mixed results.
Her salad was excellent but her husband's burger was overcooked.
So, ill definitely return because ive had many very good meals here before but won't order the fish fry again.“

“I got smashed on a slut box!!! Ok, there must be some magic in this kitchen somewhere. I had the blueberry smash burger slut box with the jerk wings. Somehow the burger was not sweet, but you could still taste the blueberry. The blueberry somehow enhanced the beefiness( is that a word? If not it should be) of the burger. Truly amazing. I have always touted Cluck Cluck Moo Moo as the best smash burger in Buffalo, but this burger was better. Truly amazing. Next the jerk wings.... Oh my! Crispy, spicy, and a hint of sweetness combined with that jerk island spice, incredible. Trust me, you do not want to miss this place.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

They tend to care more about being on their phones and listening to music/joking with each other than customer service but that seems to be pretty typical these days. Otherwise it’s been good“

“Hands down amazing food. we stopped in after a long day of shopping and I am so glad we did. the service was great. the food was honest to God phenomenal. so good that we all shared bites to appreciate how yummy our food was. And not a single mess up with the order.. my only gripes were as follows.. please put a warning on the door dash app when someone chooses to make it a double. Took everything to fit my mouth on the burger lmfao.
