I just want to leave a review bc I feel my like server should understand what she did. (Nancy) so me and my daughter arrive and we get seated, and then shortly after I hear our server yelling at the host for seating us in her section as she had to leave early that night or something. the host apologized but it made me feel pretty awkward…. This Applebee's is great. The food is consistent and all ways great. The burgers are something else here they taste insanely good. If you get the bacon burger than make sure it is well done if you don't like it very fatty. Than there is the chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are great. You can get so many types of sauce on the chicken. But if you get them plain definitely put ketchup on them cause they are sometimes dry. OUTSTANDING customer service!! Grace greeted us at the door warmly and promptly! HUGE shout out to our server, KENDRA! Kendra was joyful, spritely, professional, courteous, and attentive!! Our food was delicious (thanks chefs!). Coming in at the end of a long, hard day- I was truly blessed by Kendra's pleasant countenance and wonderful service. THANK YOU, Kendra!!
