“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. “Great burger. Load it up and just order a small fry. Ask for extra bacon no upcharge if you get the bacon cheese burger. The peanuts before are one of my favorite things. It's a bit pricey but way better than your typical chain burger joint. Cajun fries are what I like. “Honestly wasn't impressed at all with our food. It took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The food was messy and felt like I was eating Mayo Soup instead of a CheckerBurger. Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. “I just have to say what en amazing experience I had. My boyfriend and I ordered for the first time the other night and were blown away. I was talking to a bunch of employees at my office today and we decided to order for lunch. I called to ask the best way to do a large order and the most delightful person answered the phone and said calling would be no problem at all. I spoke with Caitlin and her customer service was outstanding!!! I had a 13 person order of all different things and she was so kind and patient on the phone and we were amazed at how quick the food was ready. When we arrived to pick up our order she was just as sweet, itemized and labeled everything to make it easy for when we got back to the office. The food was just as delicious today as it was the other night. Not only will I be returning but all of my coworkers raves about it as well!!“
