“Honestly wasn't impressed at all with our food. It took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The food was messy and felt like I was eating Mayo Soup instead of a CheckerBurger. Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. The cashier seemed as though he didn't wanna be bothered.“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

He immediately apologized and before we could even object took the old fries away bringing us a fresh bag of fries, that was once more filled to the BRIM with delicious goodness.“

“My husband and I went to Cheesecake Factory for dinner but I knew I had to stop here and get some Ramen to go. The gentleman behind the counter was beyond nice and personable. They separated the broth from noodles which is always a huge plus! The ramen was definitely reasonably priced and very good!“

“Can’t speak to the people who have had negative experiences here, but this Taco Bell is an absolute gem. As an avid supporter of TB, I can say this is easily the best one I’ve encountered in the WNY area. Staff is very polite, I am often the only car in the drive-thru, wait times are limited. Where they really shine is the quality & consistency of the food. Haven’t had a single instance when it wasn’t fresh, hot, and filled with adequate portions. I have other locations closer to me, but will travel out of my way to bring them my business.“
