“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“To be fair I’ve never been inside, just drive thru.

Like most fast food, Chik Fil A is very consistent from location to location- perhaps a bit more so than McDonald’s/Burger King. I’m guessing corporate policy and directives makes that a point when it comes to training staff.

Food is decent. Simple and consistent. Staff is polite. For the frequent lines I’ve never seen a Fast food chain that has such a well oiled system to move said line- which is great for the customer. Maybe because it seems they don’t purposely cut labor to increase profits at the expense of quality.

“Honestly wasn't impressed at all with our food. It took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The food was messy and felt like I was eating Mayo Soup instead of a CheckerBurger. Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. The cashier seemed as though he didn't wanna be bothered.“

“Literally if this was near my town i would go everyday the food was so good i loved the crab rolls and cashier was so nice and even brought the food to us when we were wating for it when we sat down. and was so nice that they made avocado rolls for us even when it wasnt on the menu. literally got wet when i took a bite. and the spicy mayo wasnt too spricy or has no spicy it was perfect. would literally go back to get another“

“It was a rather late, off the beaten path trip for myself as I was heading to another state and this Pizza Hut location is bit far from I-90. As with any Pizza Hut location the pizza was delicious. It was worth the stop. There are vegetarian options.“

“Can’t speak to the people who have had negative experiences here, but this Taco Bell is an absolute gem. As an avid supporter of TB, I can say this is easily the best one I’ve encountered in the WNY area. Staff is very polite, I am often the only car in the drive-thru, wait times are limited. Where they really shine is the quality & consistency of the food. Haven’t had a single instance when it wasn’t fresh, hot, and filled with adequate portions. I have other locations closer to me, but will travel out of my way to bring them my business.“

“Absolutely awesome people The food was great but they definitely could put more meat on their steak subs I could have ate four of them especially cuz they're expensive as well but the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant everything was 100%. Thank you guys“
