Best thing for me is they're usually pretty quick, in and out if you're using the drive thru. Staff is always friendly and the place seems well kept. Never too crowded and always space to dine in. They also have space to dine outside. I frequently go here.“

“Came in to a fresh clean restaurant. Before we placed our order we saw the employees talking sanitary precaution before making food! Brook took our order and was very professional and nice. She allowed us to take our time when we were indecisive and showed no signs of frustration through facial expression nor body gesture! “Good pretzels, but ordering gets chaotic when it's busy. The counter staff are fine. The issue is one guy who isn't in the Pretzel T-shirt like everyone else, who takes over the line, hurrying everyone for orders, without even giving you time to see the menu. He makes it awkward and this is not the first time I had this experience with this guy. How are you supposed to order something you haven't read? Just let the counter run a normal first-come, first-served queue.“

Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it.
