“I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. I give the subway the highest recommendation.“

I'd been going to numerous other subways for some time and they all have botched online orders and don't listen to instructions for some reason, admittedly I was standing there watching them make it but ultimately they did a great job and given the other reviews I'd like to think they would've just did it right even if I wasn't there watching. I understand things happen and I don't know who/what they're dealing with while I place my order so I try to give the benefit of doubt but 2 days in a row? Food was good though.“
