“I feel bad for already forgetting her name. I believe it was Elena (spell check) at the Blasdell McKinley Parkway location. I came in to pick up a order and she was getting slammed. Store was full of customers and this poor girl was by herself. As she continued to make orders even more customers walked in. Normally in these type of situations the worker will get aggravated and as in result put out a poor product. But she continued to work and the entire time did it with a smile and was polite. I applaud her and appreciate the fact there are still good workers out there who get put in a tough situation but continue to push through and get the task done. This girl deserves a raise! If every establishment needs a worker like her.“
“Typical McDonald’s, waited a bit of a long time for my food, thing was they made the milkshake first and it sat there melting while I waited for the rest of the food. McDonald’s prices are way up over the years for a typical meal of 4 meals (drink fries and and sandwiches) expect to pay nearly $40. You could go to a restaurant for about the same price“
“Had some late night pregnancy cravings and stopped by the McKinley Parkway location to fulfill them. Mark (manager) and Matthew (employee) were incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and gracious when I unexpectedly had issues with my card while trying to cash out in the drive-thru. I usually get very anxious in situations like this but their kindness soothed my worries and made a positive impact on my evening. The food was prepped fresh and hot and remained as so until the situation was resolved. These gentlemen deserve as much positive recognition as possible. Thank you Matthew and Mark!“
“I ordered more food than what I needed. I was hangry and was walking the mall with a friend. I ordered the regular size of Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets and an original pretzel. I hadn't been here in awhile and didn't really know what I wanted. Both items were good, especially the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. The customer service was okay. This store is a staple in the mall, since there aren't any restaurants in the food court at all at the McKinley Mall currently. I was surprised to see that today. I'm not sure if it's a Covid thing or if the restaurants just aren't being used anymore and didn't have the business that they needed to survive. It was sad to see so many store now closed at the mall. If I find myself at this mall again, I will definitely come here again.“

“I finally got to Imperial this past weekend while I was in town for a visit. I went with my brother and we had a couple of beers at the bar and got some pizza and wings to go. Excellent all around, and I will definitely be going back again next time I'm in Buffalo.“

“I can't believe what I'm reading on some of these reviews and think it must be a Buffalo problem. Blaine, Joella and all the folks in the Tempe location are first rate. They treat me right every time I come in, and the hot dogs are the best anywhere. Love the rings. My daughter loves the shakes. And even the fountain drinks are spot on with carbonation, which these days is saying something. Big hat tip to Tempe Ted's.“
“I had Zorbas for the first time recently and loved it. Next time we order out I’ll be getting food from Zorbas instead of the fast food chain garbage that’s the same price anyway. The food was delicious, the staff were courteous, and we didn’t wait long at all. Writing this review is making me want a burger with some Zorbas sauce now!“
“Considering this is a fast food spot it did not taste like it. Subs were wonderful. Well made and perfect. Probably the best meal we had all week. Split the steak n cheese and Cajun chicken subs between us. Could not put it down! Will for sure visit again.“
