Subway is a restaurant with dedicated staff members like Megan, who go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. The parking is convenient with 3 spaces available. Despite some minor hiccups like running out of wraps and an unusual bacon incident, the overall experience is positive. The Blasdell McKinley Parkway location, managed by a hardworking employee, Elena, stood out for exceptional service even during busy times. Even under pressure, Elena remains polite, efficient, and maintains a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service. Subway is a place where customers can enjoy a satisfying meal served with a smile.
