A large variety of flavors and items. I would DEFINITELY recommend going there if you get a chance. Both times the staff were great.“

Also I do know it it was the owner or what but I had a situation that I had brought online and the man was so very nice about it and the lunch was soooo the good now I go to this Arby's more often. Arbys give me excellent coupons too so you know I am a Jolly happy very happy customer.“

“Food was good! I was originally gonna get some burger king for my lunch break but saw the $1.99 sliders and wanted to try and save money! I got a roast beef slider, with curly fries and horsey sauce. Again.. it was so good! Guy taking my order was nice, and store looked clean to me! I don't really go to Arby's that often.“

“Food was incredible! Service was incredible but what topped it off was the cook (Quran) was finishing his shift and on his way out stopped at our table where my son was sitting with a broken leg. He said “hope you feel better man” as my wife replied that it happened at football. Quran turned to my son and said “if you fall, you just have to get up stronger”
GREAT STAFF at this location!“

“Today was super busy, line out door around the building due to 3.14 day. My online ordered was prepared and waiting when I arrived. Tasty as always. Utensils etc missing however“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“Today was our 25th wedding anniversary. We originally went to the Louie’s on Transit Road but that is a Popeyes now on our first date. So on our 25 we had to revisit Louie’s again on our milestone anniversary! Thank you Cheryl for taking our picture!! Great food and service! Thank you Louie’s!!!!“

“Everybody here is GREAT. Fast, tasty food, great prices“

“Love going to Arby's in Fort Erie. We are always treated like family. Such a friendly atmosphere. Two thumbs up for sure.

Vegetarian options: Deep Fried Pickles, ie. Frickles are the Best!

Kid-friendliness: This would be a Great place for your child's birthday party.“

“We weren’t expecting much from a chain and we had never been to one. If this location is any indication of how they all are then this is our new go-to sub shop.

Food was awesome (Italian and a Philly) and the staff were very pleasant!“

“Very good, and the lady behind the counter is a delight every time we go in she is always smiling and happy. Very good service and veryyy good food. It’s a little hole in the wall and the first time we went their AC was leaking. That’s how I knew it was gonna be fire lol.“

“The chicken was great and very reasonably priced.“

“Jay went above and beyond for me. I go to this location fairly often to order a personal cheese pizza for lunch. I parked my truck and took my time heading into the store. When I went to the counter to order, Jay had already prepared it and put it in the oven. I only waited for two minutes to receive my pizza. Great job being proactive, Jay. It's the little things that matter.“

“best burgers & Fry's 🍔🍟 ❤️😁“

“Food and staff are amazing! Would order from there again.“

“It was our first time and it was delicious“

“Jimmy's Texas Hot is one of my favorite lunch spots, especially on Mondays when I'm in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The owner is professional, friendly, and always takes the time to have a great conversation with customers. Nothing earns more respect from me than seeing an owner working behind the counter right alongside the staff. That's exactly why I believe people should support small businesses like this. The food is consistently excellent I honestly haven't had a bad meal there. If you're looking for a delicious meal in a comfortable setting with great service, I highly recommend Jimmy's Texas Hot.“

“went here for the first time and satisfied my craving for a burger and fries! can't find fresh cut fries at very many places... would go again when I get another craving...very tasty 😋“

“The staff was very friendly. They were easy to work with. We had placed an order online and did an online pickup and everything was in the order, which is huge these days, because we typically have larger orders, and just everybody is really nice.“

“Came in to a fresh clean restaurant. Before we placed our order we saw the employees talking sanitary precaution before making food! Brook took our order and was very professional and nice. She allowed us to take our time when we were indecisive and showed no signs of frustration through facial expression nor body gesture! My wife was never a fan of Arby’s but this whole experience turned her out she said in which she’ll go out of her way for anything she wants and just added this to her list! This whole store needs raises!“

“This is one of the best mall sushi places I've ever been to. I wish they had a standalone restaurant outside of the mall with sit-down tables. The staff is extremely friendly. The sushi is very fresh and has great flavor. I also highly recommend the steamed buns - I order pork, but they also have chicken available. Great people with great food!“

“I usually get Door Dash from this location, but I stopped in today. Tye greeted me & took my order - and was one of the most pleasant interactions from a restaurant, that I’ve had in a long time. Food, as always, was great!

Thank you!“

“I met Nicole after I came from the cnd side..I was asked to order promptly. Nicole is professional friendly and fast service

“This Dairy Queen is amazing! It’s right near me so it’s an easy walk, and usually the lines aren’t crowded and the staff are really nice! The atmosphere is nice and the food is great just a bit melty but you can grab a few napkins then you are fine.“

“Its Dairy Queen, the ice cream is good, tastes great, no issues there. On one visit earlier this year we got a different flavor blizzard than what we ordered (still ate it, it was pretty good.)

The employees, however, need some training or help. It seems they are more interested in finishing talking to each other or their friends rather than customers. How about a little eye contact when talking also (kinda makes you feel like they are actually LISTENING to the order?)“

“Good pretzels, but ordering gets chaotic when it's busy. The counter staff are fine. The issue is one guy who isn't in the Pretzel T-shirt like everyone else, who takes over the line, hurrying everyone for orders, without even giving you time to see the menu. He makes it awkward and this is not the first time I had this experience with this guy. How are you supposed to order something you haven't read? Just let the counter run a normal first-come, first-served queue.“

“Awesome food get the mozzarella sticks!!“

“It was a rather late, off the beaten path trip for myself as I was heading to another state and this Pizza Hut location is bit far from I-90. As with any Pizza Hut location the pizza was delicious. It was worth the stop. There are vegetarian options.“

“My daughter and I went here for the first time today and it was GREAT!

First of all, the place was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, efficient and just great.

And then the food. It was quickly made, warm and delicious and NOT a rip off.

Two regular customers were made today.“

“Innovative & creative foods very delicious“

“This review is specifically for Cait, one of the managers at this location. My wife's UB Summer program had a large last minute lunch order and Cait not only executed everything flawlessly, she even came in prior to her shift to help fulfill the order. Cait is an amazing team member and thank you is not enough to show our appreciation. The world could benefit from more people like Cait!“

“10/10 experience I had the pumpkin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese, the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor without being overwhelming. The young man who took our order Arec was an angel, he made our food and personally brought it to us along with napkins and even came back to make sure everything was to our liking. I really felt at home here and it was such an amazing first time I can’t wait to be back soon!“

“Best Subway I've ever been to!!“
