“I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.“

She allowed us to take our time when we were indecisive and showed no signs of frustration through facial expression nor body gesture! My wife was never a fan of Arby’s but this whole experience turned her out she said in which she’ll go out of her way for anything she wants and just added this to her list! “Normally I get good pretzel and good service here but the last time I was here there was a girl working and normally I never see her. She gave me an old crusty pretzel from the display that wasn’t made that day and it tasted pretty bad, she was patient with me when I was using my rewards I have on my app but I can tell she just wanted me to hurry up and leave, I don’t think she was too happy I came back to ask for a sauce. I love the service from the guys, never had a problem. I love the pizza pretzels from here.“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! We only get a 30 minute lunch break, and if we had to reorder and wait for another dasher, we wouldn’t have been able to eat (we work in healthcare). Damien is truly an asset to Jersey Mikes and needs to be promoted to VP! And to the rest of the staff, you are all amazing also. The food is always great, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Customer service is not an easy job, but the staff at NF Jersey Mikes are the absolute best!! Pro:
1. It is very cheap, I mean averagely you only spend $20 or even less for one dish. And good portion.
2. It is a classic Chinese flavor, not too spicy, not overly sweet. Just good.
Cons:
1. It is quite small. You may need to wait long if you come at rush hour.
2. Not many choices, I order like 15 dishes one time and that's basically everything they have

“I love this particular Mighty! Anthony the manager, and Lee, were really awesome to me. Great service even though it was super busy in the store. I had left an item from my order and had to call them and let them know. When I got there I got what I had returned for and the two of them were super friendly and helpful. Anthony is always smiling and really nice to me, and all the customers there at the time. Every time I go there. This location is equidistant to another Might on Niagara Falls Blvd, and I choose this location always as it cleaner, faster and the staff is really welcoming.“

Bailey Avenue is a busy stretch and be cautious of other drivers. They love speeding in Buffalo and hardly no braking. I like the location it's a welcoming neighborhood. Drive cautious and safe.“
