The bread wasn't baked right GUMMY.at 10:40am it still took 20 minutes to order my sandwich.
I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. I give the subway the highest recommendation.
I have been to Subway locations in multiple states but this one is near the top. Always clean, friendly staff and decent tasting food. They always get the order correct which is another plus

The staff is attentive and caring, with a special shoutout to two Hispanic women for their exceptional service. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. There are plenty of vegetarian options available, making it a perfect spot for families with children. The owner is praised for her compassion and dedication to her employees, creating a welcoming and family-like environment. The establishment is highly regarded for putting their employees first, making it a standout place to dine.
