“I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. “Okay folks, as a Buffalo transplant (NJ at heart) let me tell you that it has taken almost 15 years to find a local deli that does subs “right”. I have a very short list of Jersey approved spots in and around the city and Zios crushes every single one of them. It’s been a long time since I’ve had access to anything like my Mimi used to make. There is absolutely no way you can beat the value you're getting out of this spot! I triple Diggs dare you to even try to tell me the next closest restaurant around the village or dt that comes close. “First the Turkey club, then I went and tried the steak hoagie, ham is usually my go to. Every order is perfect and delicious, there's a a guy named Don and a Ryan I'm pretty sure that's their names .I try to order when they are working, since I had a bad experience ordering when a girl was working, no offense but I asked for a lightly toasted roll and it was burnt and hard as a rock lol other than that. “My daughter and I went here for the first time today and it was GREAT!

First of all, the place was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, efficient and just great.

And then the food. It was quickly made, warm and delicious and NOT a rip off.

Two regular customers were made today.“

I stopped in, Staff was patient as I was next.

I selected two of the Classic Italian.

I was asked for my Specifics...

I chose the bread. But the rest of the sub, I requested the designers receipt.

That brought two guys together and they verbally recalled the receipt. They both nodded and one of them completed assembly. Excellent process. Thanks Guys. They wrapped Qtrs for me.

“The 14-in cheesesteak sub was very good. It was hot and customized correctly. Curbside pickup was difficult to find, but worked out very well once I was there. My only complaint about the entire process, tthe sub really could have used more toppings on it. The peppers were a bit sparse, the mushrooms were even harder to find. Other than that, it was a good experience.“

“I absolutely love this subway now lol. I say this now because they take coupons haha ???!! I think it was a few years ago when I was on break from work (delivering for Amazon) and I was starving. So my Google maps said that was the closest so I went to it. I went in and they said they don't take coupons and I didn't have enough money to get anything else from there!!

Vegetarian options: They have a TON of veggies to offer and they sell salads ??!!

Kid-friendliness: Well the bathroom door locks because I had a little guy pulling on the handle but I wasn't mad!! He had to go also!

Parking: This subway has their own parking lot, no worries!! Have fun and eat good food!!

Wheelchair accessibility: No step and two doors to open wide so whomever can get in comfortably!!
