Had a great Philly cheesesteak that came out much quicker than expected. Enjoyed my experience will be back soon.
I don't like the fact that you cannot request extra condiments on the subs via food delivery apps, and as a result, what I received was a dry Philly sub with barely any mayo and oil. Otherwise, the overall sub was good, but missed the mark with the no option to add extra condiments. If the owner of the location reads this, if you add the option for extra condiments (mayo, oil, etc.), I'd HIGHLY appreciate it! Go Bills!! 🔵🔴
They let you costomise your sandwich. Best sandwich ever

Based on recent reviews, Jersey Mike's Subs is a highly recommended spot in Buffalo, known for its very good customer service and efficient, kind staff. The crew is amazing, patient, and builds subs where customers can see them, creating a great vibe. The subs are soooo good, especially on the rosemary parm bread. The Classic Italian is a popular choice, and the "Mikes Way" makes the subs a bit better. Fresh meat, cheese, and toppings are used, offering well-balanced subs with good quantity for the price. The rolls are excellent, and the store is very clean and well-run. However, a reviewer noted that the Buffalo Chicken sub was too salty and a bit too wet. Another issue is that extra condiments like mayo and oil cannot be requested via food delivery apps, resulting in a dry Philly sub. Despite this, many believe the location deserves a 5.0 star rating, calling it the best location spot in Buffalo. Customers often return multiple times a week and recommend trying different subs, as some 5-star options are likely on the menu.
