A 4/5 because I already know what I am getting for the pricing. I do not expect top notch quality in food, service nor their coffee. But for the price and convenience, it is not bad at all. You won't get a perfect experience every time you go, which is why I knocked down one star. But it is definitely much better than going to Tim Horton's, where I expect an issue 7 times out of 10... there are 4 in my area and they are horrible! This Dunkin' location is not our usual store, but when our daughter is playing off-season AAU basketball, this location is closer to her practices and then heavier in our Dunkin'-rotation. Dunkin' is my favorite chain store coffee blend. Both Tim Horton's and Starbucks coffees are too dark for my liking, even their lighter roasts. The donuts get still after a few days and I think Paula's donuts are better. Way better so you should try that. But when you get them the first day the donuts are good and their service is okay and atmosphere is
