A 4/5 because I already know what I am getting for the pricing. I do not expect top notch quality in food, service nor their coffee. But for the price and convenience, it is not bad at all. You won't get a perfect experience every time you go, which is why I knocked down one star. But it is definitely much better than going to Tim Horton's, where I expect an issue 7 times out of 10... there are 4 in my area and they are horrible! If you don't like Starbucks and/or don't want to pay a premium, this is a decent alternative. Spot-ty Coffee is not worth it.

I typically come here, it’s just most convenient. HOWEVER today I was grabbing my usual iced coffee, I went inside instead. Looks like there isn’t many people working first of all which is fine I wasn’t in a rush (I still went unacknowledged for a bit). But the thing that really threw me was watching the lady make my iced coffee, and COUGHING OPENLY, not covering her mouth either. Lterally into the drink lol. Maybe if I was more confrontational, I would’ve asked for it to be made again. Instead I left and threw it out. Wasteful I know :(

When people are trying to apply for jobs and the number that is given doesn't transfer to the location that your requesting to speak to was trying to see if this location was hiring but the number that is listed isn't transferring me over to the location it keep bring me back to operator
