“I like it here. I stop by for lunch a couple times a month, and it's always a good experience. The food is the same as every other Subway in the world, which in my opinion is pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The service, however, is definitely far above average. My online orders are always accurate, ready on time (even during, the busy lunch rush), and the employees are really nice.“

“Me and my family got subs. It's a smaller place but that's no problem. Only one person was working so out food was done one at a time which took a little more time than normal but it was still good. Pandemic probably cut staffing.“

“Fera's is a Downtown jewel for lunch during the work week. Like a time capsule from the past, the unassuming deli serves up fabulous sandwiches, soups and other lunch staples at unbeatable prices (i.e., a turkey sub with finely sliced - almost shredded - turkey breast and all the fixings for $6. Upgrade to a large roll for $1, same for a bag of chips). You're going to get this meal in less than 5 minutes from when you place it, and even if the line is 15 deep (common between 12:00-12:30), you're still looking at a 10 minute wait max. The small seating area is all that you need and is covered wall-to-wall with incredible Buffalo memorabilia (and not the stuff from Tully's, the kind of personalized stuff you want to walk around and stare at).All this means that you're going to get reliable, fast service, a great sandwich at a great price, and all within the typical contsraints of the office worker looking to grab a quick bite. There's a reason Fera's has been around as long as it has, and I am personally thrilled to get to walk here on my lunch break. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!“

“Considering this is a fast food spot it did not taste like it. Subs were wonderful. Well made and perfect. Probably the best meal we had all week. Split the steak n cheese and Cajun chicken subs between us. Could not put it down! Will for sure visit again.“

“Oh how I love Jersey Mikes... meat sliced per order, fresh bread, and the oil/vinegar combo. YUM. They also have GREAT gluten free sub rolls from Udi's. As a person who is recently gluten intolerant, this made me SO happy. I ordered online super easily, and picked it up shortly after. Super easy, fast, and delicious! The staff at this location are always super nice, and they sure make a good sub too!“

“This will definitely be on my list the next time I'm in Buffalo and so should you! What a diamond in the rough. Follow the google map directions and you get right there. A cute place on the inside. Very nicely decorated. The service was great. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. The FOOD! OMG! The best sandwich I have ever eaten. Take a look at the pics. The Cajun fries were great and sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly. The sandwiches were a flavor combination to enlighten your taste buds. I ate every bit of it. The two sandwiches featured in the photos were different flavor profiles but both were dynamite for taste! Thank you for a great lunch. See you again one day.“

“Today's tuna wrap was excellent! It was packed with vegetables and not swimming in mayonnaise. Also, the wrap didn't fall apart with the first bite. Ordering on the app was fast and easy, and the Sandwich Artist recognized me as soon as I walked in. This location is always reliable for a good quick lunch while working downtown.“

“This was a great experience, the cashier / sub handler had amazing customer service, I absolutely love the quality of care that the employees show! I’d have to say my favorite employees so far would definitely be the two Hispanic women. They completely care about you and the service you receive. “I absolutely love this subway now lol. I say this now because they take coupons haha ???!! I think it was a few years ago when I was on break from work (delivering for Amazon) and I was starving. So my Google maps said that was the closest so I went to it. I went in and they said they don't take coupons and I didn't have enough money to get anything else from there!!Vegetarian options: They have a TON of veggies to offer and they sell salads ??!!Kid-friendliness: Well the bathroom door locks because I had a little guy pulling on the handle but I wasn't mad!! He had to go also!Parking: This subway has their own parking lot, no worries!! Have fun and eat good food!!Wheelchair accessibility: No step and two doors to open wide so whomever can get in comfortably!!Dietary restrictions: They have (some) Substitutions.
