“I went into the Subway on Main St. West in Port Colborne, just before they closed, and despite my very late order, the young lady serving me, Pri, was kind, courteous and very polite. She made my sub quickly and exactly how I like it. Her customer service was outstanding and I think she's doing an amazing job. Pri, is definitely a model employee and I think there needs to be more people, like her, working in the customer service industry.“

“I recently moved from Stoney creek to Welland, the location here in Welland blows away the location I used to go to. The food is excellent (I really only order the brisket)
The staff; every one I’ve dealt with has super friendly and easy to communicate with.
I accidentally placed a app order for the Hamilton location, when I went to complete the order the app noticed I was at a different location and changed it for me..
Which made me realize the Welland location charges $2 less on my usual combo.
Highly recommend!
Still coming here, usually 2-3 times a week.
The promo for 2 subs @$18 is a great deal for the quality subs I receive.

“Nice spot for a quick meal! The service was quick and friendly. Got one of the daily specials for a ham sub with a side and a drink for around 11$. Can't go wrong for that price point and decent food. The sub was large and filling, and the macaroni salad was ok! Would come again for lunch if I'm in the area!“
