I was left standing there while he gave priority to the driver, even though I was almost done. A bit frustrating. And when I emptied my bag at home there was a coupon for a ticket draw for NBA all Star game, that had long expired.“

“Honestly the best Subway restaurant in St Catharines. It's very clean and welcoming. As soon as we walked in the man at the register greeted us. The women who made our sandwiches was very polite and what I liked most she was patient with my 7 year old nephew. I like to let him order his own food and pick what he wants which at times can take a bit. She smiled and waited to see what he would pick next. My nephew loved his sandwich and ate it all. As we sat in the restaurant eating I was pleasantly pleased with how they treat all their customer. A lot of restaurants in the area could really take a few tips on customer service from this place. “I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart.“

It's like they turn into a child all of a sudden!
