The Subway on Southwestern is the best! I live in East Aurora but hate the rude employees/ owner there, so I go out of my way to patronize this one instead. Ryan and Bob are the best. It’s always clean, veggies are fresh and above all, they have awesome customer service skills and great attitudes. They deserve a raise ? Thank you!
just came in, manager was all by himself i didn’t catch his name but he had an amazing attitude best customer service my boyfriend and i have had in a very long time. thank you to the manager for making it a great time coming in, will for sure stop by again.

I do not know the gentleman’s name that works afternoons and evenings, but phenomenal attention to quality, outstanding service, and great attitude. I come here weekly with my son and have never once had anything in the slightest to complain about. If this man isn’t the franchise owner, he should be. Give this man a huge raise as he, himself is the sole reason I keep coming back
