Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant where the staff are most impressive. The team works hard and helps each other, showing the ultimate in teamwork. The daytime manager understands the importance of customer service. When a customer mistakenly placed an order at the wrong store, the team helped avoid a 40 minute round trip drive to the other location. Service like this is hard to come by in the fast food world. The food is exceptional. The best subs in Hamburg, definitely worth the drive to try. The staff are very kind and attentive to requests. It was busy on Bills Game Day. The line was long and folks were picking up orders. Staff said it will be a while. A customer drove from Houghton and got the need for a sub or two. They took the order for two Regulars. A bottle of water was got. About 15 min later, the first sandwich came out. Shortly after, the other came out, wrapped to go. The sandwich was perfect. It hit the button to fill the craving. The best sub in a very long time. A classic sub craving was not disappointed. The roll was delightfully fresh. Meat & provolone had sooo much flavor. Veggies were crisp & tasty. The juice was tangy & flavorful. The only complaint is not eating it fast enough before it was soggy. Not a dealbreaker. Don't forget the COOKIES!! Worth every single dollar.
