“I went into the West Seneca Spot coffee today 12/19/2023. Wasn’t in the best of moods. Ordered a mocha hot coffee and lemon bar. The manager I believe his name is Dave took my order and started making my coffee. Maddie packaged up my lemon bar. I’m telling you, both Dave and Maddie were very professional, kind and efficient. We started talking and wow, what a couple of positive, kind and caring people they were. It was so refreshing and uplifting. By the time I left I was in a great mood, happy, felt positive and thought I had just made friends with two of the nicest people I have come across in forever! Both had smiles on their faces. It was wonderful to see two happy individuals at work. Thank you both for being so kind and caring! I will definitely be stopping in for another pick me up date! 😉 The mocha coffee and lemon bar were out of this world! Highly recommend both and highly recommended stopping into Spot coffee in West Seneca!“

“Stopped into TH while waiting for my car to be serviced. I orders a breakfast sandwich and the employee helping me, Hysteria, suggested I have it a little different adding butter and chipotle sauce. It was the best breakfast and wishbone ever had!!! She was so helpful and made my visit and my day start out so much better!!! “We were searching for a homestyle diner and this did not disappoint ! Might have had the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. We're canadian and I ordered the Country Benny and my boyfriend got the Country fried steak and eggs. The gravy is delicious and the home fries were perfect ! We ate every last bit and would 100 percent recommend this place ! Sarah was a fabulous server! Thank you“

“I enjoyed coming to the other Tim Hortons in West Seneca. I ordered double chocolate donut and chili 13 years ago and I had a great time. I went there with my family and I and we've been chilling and relaxing while we are enjoying our food. Someday I will be getting a coffee throughout the morning next time when I visit.“
