“They've an extremely friendly staff. They're much less busy than the other tim hortons on Transit Road. They make all the food to perfection and to spite being short staffed as of late they still pump perfect coffee and food out and an extremely impressive rate. Absolutely the best Transit Tim Hortons and the second best overall in the area.“
“We stopped in for a drink and for a piece of cake (their lemon cake is the best, so tasty) My cousin's son used to be a barista at Starbucks so my cousin and I stop quite often for a treat as if you come often it gets very expensive as coffees are anywhere between $3.50 and $7.00 depending on what you order. I never know what to order and don't want to pay a hefty price if I am not going to like it. it's a once in awhile treat as it's pricey but you shouldn'rt A great place for a treat yourself for something special, my only complaint is that if you don't use your stars you loose them.....not every person can afford to stop at Starbucks daily for some people can only afford it as a treat to themselves once in awhile and I think you should not be punished if you don't use you stars fast enough. To get them taken away is horrible we are spending money at your establishment but get stars taken away if you don't use fast enough, that is my only complaint otherwise drinks and food is good just pricey and now since the pandemic I can't afford to go often. Many choices for hot or cold drinks you just have to know what you like in order to order a good drink. I am just not an expresso type person too strong for me“
“I just went through the drive thru and my order came up very fast. The employees are very polite and friendly also. One particular employee, his name is DJ. Excellent worker. Thank you DJ for your service. And to mention the food was nice and hot. The employees did a great job!Parking: A nice clean decent size parking lot.“

“Fantabulous service!!! The girl was all by herself, taking orders, preparing the food, cashing and getting orders out the window in a timely fashion as the drive up window was slammed with at least 20 plus cars in line. That girl "I didn't get her name", was good at her job. She needs a raise.“
“Every time I request extra onions on my sandwiches, they place a sticker on the sandwich but never get extra onions. I have even explained to the person taking my order that this has happened many times with assurances but no results. Other than that, they have a quality product and great customer service.“
“I recently popped into this Tim Horton's on a whim with my son for breakfast. We ordered ahead on the app to pick up in the store and dine in. When we arrived, the manager working the register was very friendly, and informed us that they were unfortunately out of hash browns, a part of the wraps my son ordered. He offered to double up the eggs instead. My son enjoyed his breakfast wrap, plus the bagel I bequeathed to him after I ate my double-eggs and cheese out of it, as I typically don't eat regular bread. That is one thing lacking at all Tim Horton's, I wish there was a less carb'y receptacle option for eggs. But a donut and bake shop isn't really catering to the low-carb crowd, haha. While in this Tim's, I noticed a rack of discount Tim Biebs merchandise, all clear-out priced at $5.99 a piece. I bought a couple fanny packs and a beanie hat for gifts, as who doesn't love the Biebs! :-D My son and I had a pleasant breakfast here in this clean and friendly TIm's, plus I walked out with some fun sale Biebs items, so overall a good experience.“
“I encountered this really nice girl at tim hortons the other day. She had her hair up and wore black glasses. I don’t know where she is from but she looks south Asian. She was so sweet to me in the mic and when I pulled into the drive thru, she had my order made. The bagel was perfect, she even asked me if I wanted it a little bit more toasted. Very friendly girl and very smiley.“
“My husband got his car stuck in the snow today in this parking lot. One of the employees came out and helped push him out. That was so kind of them. The employee went above and beyond! Not only that, but I've always had great service here. The coffee and cake pops are delicious.“
