I am hoping the owner see’s this and knows he treated Five Guys like he owned the place (in a great way) and let’s him know! “Strange experience for fast food. Pulled up at the drive through greeted by a friendly employee. Reached the window again greeted by a friendly employee. Received food promptly. Then the food, it was good, what Arby's should taste like. Great Job Arby's Lockport.“

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!“
