“We always enjoy our trips to Shamus. We enjoy everything about the experience. Very pleasant people and excellent background music. My fish and chips was very good and they had no problem with a substitution. My wife ordered twin filets. We've found many restaurants are using tenderizer on their meat. No so here. The filets were outstanding. While there, we ordered the beef with Stout gravy to take out. It's been excellent at the restaurant, but the takeout was just marginal. The gravy was milky and the flavor rather bland. Hopefully they haven't changed the recipe from the rich brown stout gravy. That's the only reason the food didn't get five stars. WE aren't really dessert people, but in the past we've had no complaints on that front. Shamus is our home away from home for a great meal with really nice atmosphere.”

“They do indeed have fast delivery. I have never had a problem with that. However, I ordered an antipasto salad. it was very sad. I have ordered this item several times burn as delivery and in the restaurant. it has always been a very large salad. It should be at $16.99. This time it was not a large salad. it would maybe feed 2. Every time I've ordered it I was able to have 4 good size meals. The toppings were making, and the delivered it with the warm bread on top of the salad. Management was almost on the argumenative side. Not an item I'll order fir derive again”

“Spring Lake Winery was such an AMAZING experience!! I planned our wedding from Michigan and they were with me every step of the way. I cannot express how positive my experience was and how amazingly helpful the staff has been the entire time! They are literally the most responsive business I have ever worked with -- from emails to phone calls to answering every little tiny question I had, they were always so willing to help and offer input and make our wedding absolutely perfect. On our wedding day we had the NICEST catering staff and literally the most amazing bartenders. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our experience, and even though I'm all the way in Michigan, I have recommended them nonstop and had so many good things to say! I appreciate Spring Lake SO much for helping to make our day perfect!”

“Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday when burgers are discounted. I got a Breakfast at Tiffany’s burger which hit the spot. Not the best burger in the world, but still a good burger. Fries were good and the beer was even better. Great service and nice atmosphere.”

We had people coming up to us all night raving about how this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and people called and sent texts the next day still raving! Diane is so efficient and friendly. Just today, we discovered that she is our barber's mother-in-law! Sanitary Barbershop is another Lockport favorite, family- owned business, likewise, friendly and efficient. Cousin's Cafe's decor takes you back through the years. It's a walk down memory lane providing our children a taste of what life was like when my husband and I were growing up. “Love this place! Came here this week when we were in Lockport! Matt the bartender was amazing. Lots of really nice locals go here! They operate with a tap list that rotates fast, so if you come often you get to try so many beers. Beers are well priced especially at the start of Sabres games (go Stars). Also, love how they have a few coolers to buy unique beers for there or mixed 4 packs to go!”

“I have been enjoying this par 3 golf course for years. The course is well maintained and a fun place to play. The owners and staff are exceptional! The food is always delicious and I am particularly fond of their Garlic Parmesan baked fish. There is a full bar and friendly bartenders where you can relax after golf on their beautiful patio. I highly recommend Gothic Hill Golf course.”

We decided to eat in and they do not have plates or paper plates to use. For the price they should offer a plate. The staff was very good, and the atmosphere was nice. When we arrived there on a Saturday at 1:30, they were out of bagels.”

“My family really likes this place. Great food. We tend to get a split pizza with wings. We've also had their Philly Cheese Steak as well. Never an issue. They do use a sweeter pizza sauce which we enjoy but mileage may vary with other folks.”

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!”
