Went in tonight to get a family deal. The staff hand downs did another amazing job. whoever answered the phone and was on counter staff today was 10/10 AMAZING!!!! ordered take out pizza and chicken fingers tonight in lockport. there was a small miscommunication with our order when we came to pick it up. Scott was amazing and made it right. not only did he offer to make it right but wanted to make sure I was happy with what was offered. "I want to make sure you leave happy" we love papa Leo's food and amazing customer service. keep up the great work!
