I rode my bike up from Buffalo along the Erie Canalway Trail and found Steamworks just at the top of the hill down to past the "Flight of Five". It was still morning so I decided to get a coffee and a snack to fortify me for the ride back. This is right on the Canalway Trail with plenty of places to secure a bicycle.
