“Went in tonight to get a family deal. The staff hand downs did another amazing job. whoever answered the phone and was on counter staff today was 10/10 AMAZING!!!! “Today was the first time I've had a pizza from Fred's in quite a few years. I'm in town visiting family and friends and decided to get one tonight. OUTSTANDING!! “This is the first pizza we ordered in our new house and we’re already crazy about this place. I’m a huge sweet sauce fan and I’m picky about it so I was nervous to try theirs but GOOD LORD they do it right! Customer service is super friendly, delivery is great, and price is awesome. “Just moved to America and wanted pizza for dinner. Came in wanting a couple pies for me and the family. They whipped them up fast, they tasted magnificent. The customer service was immaculate understanding what I wanted with such specific ingredients. Very professional.“

“They do indeed have fast delivery. I have never had a problem with that. However, I ordered an antipasto salad. it was very sad. I have ordered this item several times burn as delivery and in the restaurant. it has always been a very large salad. It should be at $16.99. This time it was not a large salad. it would maybe feed 2. Every time I've ordered it I was able to have 4 good size meals. The toppings were making, and the delivered it with the warm bread on top of the salad. Management was almost on the argumenative side. Not an item I'll order fir derive again“
“The young lady working the sub station was so sweet and went above and beyond when I asked her if I was able to get the toppings seperate from my subs. We will definately return. I wish I got her name. She had dark hair and was wearing glasses. Very efficient and pleasant.“

“Businesses have to realize they need us we don't need them without us their doors will be closed so whoever owns the places need to shave up to help because it's only going to hurt the owners in the end don't be rude if people aren't rude with you now you get real with me now we got a problem I don't like to show that side of me I'm a very nice polite person and that's what I expect when I come to your establishment so shape up your help otherwise one day your doors might be closed like I said we don't need you you just need us thank you“

“My family really likes this place. Great food. We tend to get a split pizza with wings. We've also had their Philly Cheese Steak as well. Never an issue. They do use a sweeter pizza sauce which we enjoy but mileage may vary with other folks.“

“My wife and I ordered 4 pizzas today on Father’s Day at 10:30am at opening because we wanted to be able to relax for at least one day this week! We were looking for a cheap, easy meal for our family of 7. My wife walked in to a stressed out staff member (not her fault at all, she was fantastic). We are more than happy to wait a little longer, as we are a large family ordering pizzas just when this business opened, and understand things take longer for bigger orders. However, I personally can not get over the feeling that this business is engaging in “leaner and meaner” because the staff member felt overwhelmed.
Her customer service skills were exceptional. Little Caesars should know that the customer experience is part of the sale and if your staff is stressed, it deteriorates from the sale. If I continue to walk in here and the staff is stressed, I will not buy from here. You will lose a customer! I’m leaving a five star review for the service from the person who works here on 06/15/25 at 10:30am, not for the company!“
